错，对方的保险公司(All State)认为是我的错，要我们陪，而且对方的statement还改
来改去，先是撒谎说是我也是倒车撞到她，后来又撒谎说是我要开车绕过她。照片上我
的车是笔直直行的，我把照片提供给两边的保险公司，没想到最后的结果还是是两个公
司达不成agreement，要提交到一个组织叫做Insurance Adjuster Arbitration，过程
大概几个月。对方这么大的保险公司也赖帐！！真是搞不明白！
请问我现在要不要直接请律师来打官司？流程是怎样呢？

to insure your liability, and they will usually send someone to look at your
car just for the sake of have some information of who should be at fault at
arbitration / court. They normally would give out an inflated repair value
for your car as they wouldn't be paying for that regardless.
The other choice is call the other insurance company and have them look at
your car, but they would give you a low ball estimate if pos |

随后我的adjuster也来电话，告诉我一些新情况：
1.他联系到了对方司机，但是对方的story跟我的完全不同。对方说他已经换到了左道
，过了10秒以后我rear ended他的车！！！
2.如果对方保险相信这个说法的话，很可能是50-50.
3.我可以先用自己的保险修车
我问他从照片上来看，我的右前方撞了对方的左后方，如果当时在左道的话，我怎么能
做到的，我又不能从再左边得道换道撞他。我的adjuster也承认我说的更符合common
sense，但是他说没有第三方证词（我的passenger不算）很难100%确定谁说的对。
他还说现在只能先把车修了，然后看对方的保险怎么说。实在不行，只能走
arbitration.但是这得看赢的可能性。
看来老美撒起慌了连眼都不会眨啊。 |
