医生诊断为髋关节炎，因为有疼痛，医生开了止痛剂和glucosamine治疗，让少做运动
。想请问各位美国这边有没有更好的药物或者其他有效的治疗方式？
我在uptodate网上也查了下，好像没有关于hip arthritis的诊断和治疗，貌似这种关
节炎也不是OA或者RA，想请教各位大牛有没有哪种关节炎是以关节积液为主要表现的？

of NOD2 gene. if both parents are healthy, the affected kid most likely has
a de novo mutation of the gene. it would be very unlikely for two kids
have same de novo mutation. Blau patients usually have arthritis, uveitis
and granulomatous dermatitis. So, skin biopsy, ophthalmology consult and
genetic test are important for diagnosis. do they have rash and skin biopsy

，及全色素膜炎，按病因分更是千变万化。甚至其所致网脱也分孔源性网脱，渗出性网
脱。你可以看出，有无治疗方法是无法一概而论，不是支言片语能说清的。有的简单，
谁都能治，有的复杂，谁也没办法。在国内，眼科和其它科有共同问题，就是没有
standard of care. 对于色素膜炎这种复杂慢性病，没有行业标准实在是一种灾难。最
好情况是遇到一个真正靠谱的医生，一直跟着看。我的一个远亲小孩患juvenile
arthritis related uveitis, 孩子姥爷是中央级高干，各地专家会诊，一片嘈杂之音
，孩子父母又是典型自认久病成医型＂很有主见＂，两年下来治得乱七八糟，我也爱莫
能助。这是慢性病，除非能长住美国，就算过来看一两次，长期随防怎么办。 |
