What does this mean ? The list price of the house is 300K$,
does bank think the value of the house is about zero ?
Agent told me that, if someone buys it with cash, then do a major re-
innovation, then can apply for mortgage again, to get cash out.
(Assume someone 七借八借 and 买了这个房子,), how difficult will it be to
get a "cash-out" refinance in future ?

2 mu to 3 mu asset needs a good lawyer.
From what I know the asset before marriage should not be counted as mutual
asset under most conditions.
The one who attained higher education during the marriage usually have to
compensate the other side.
Find a lawyer. You might be able to get much more than you thought. |
