What does this mean ? The list price of the house is 300K$,
does bank think the value of the house is about zero ?
Agent told me that, if someone buys it with cash, then do a major re-
innovation, then can apply for mortgage again, to get cash out.

airline reimbursement是每年都可以reimburse一次，这个适用于gift certificate，
所以最好是年末的时候申卡，买gift cert花掉200，然后过了1/1再花掉另外200，这样

最后一点关于年费，开卡几个月后就关卡，AMEX会退还大部分的年费，你只赚不赔
再说白金卡的其他用法

子现在开始当老师了。再好的苗子也会被她们一代代毁下去。众所周知，音乐好的孩子
学业统计上一定会好。 不但是音乐这个东西很复杂，而且训练过程对品格的培养也非
常重要。现在的美国音乐素质更是从古典到流行一路下滑。
第二，廉价的表扬搞得孩子像打游戏一样需要短暂而且快速的刺激才可以进行下去。
