我个人不是这种人，= =感觉每门都要考2次以上，所以离全部考完还有漫漫长路啊~~远
目。
我书看过2遍，题作过1遍，大致复习过1遍，笔记也勾了不少重点出来反复看，复习了
一个月。小公司的上班族，平时大概3-4小时复习，周末6-8小时。
第一次失败了。61分，= =不过第一次大概看了才十多天就去了。考完居然还很莫名的
感觉很好，现在想来那会真是很无畏哈。。。。。
首先，选择题，
看到很多人考完都觉得选择题很简单
我完全不觉得哎
系统果然是智能的，越来越难的。
第一个tablet,我不确定的题大概才3-4题（回家看书还确定了记忆中的一题是对的）
从第二个开始tablet开始就变难了，感觉专门挑我第一部分不确定的那几个知识点反复
考。第三个tablet就开始变成了很多不确定了。（可能有6-7题不确定了）
考了很多attest的东西，special report 也不少。这部分我回去看了becker,怎么感觉
还是书上没有的东西。
所以觉得可能becker真的比较泛，小的细节部分真的说的不详细，所以最近正在考虑要
不要结合w一起看。

批准，8月向Becker订购教材，同年8月到10月在休斯敦上了REG和FAR的辅导课，2008年
1月到2月在休斯敦上了BEC和AUD的辅导课。2008年8月因为原工作单位效益不好，只好
离职，专门在家复习CPA考试。2009年2月参加了REG和FAR，2009年7月参加了BEC，8月
参加了AUD的考试，前三门顺利通过，但是最后一门出现一些意外情况，没有通过，本
人于2009年10月重新参加考试，也通过了。本文是本人的一些经验总结。
AICPA考试主要在评鉴应试者的专业能力和适任性来执行会计专业，因此考试内容及范
围非常广泛，包括一般会计原则、管理及成本会计、政府会计、审计准则、商事法及联
邦所得税原则的了解和应用等。根据研究发现，现在的会计师除了需求专业技术的知识
以外，也同时应具备(1) 沟通能力、(2)理解能力、(3)研究能力、(4)组织和分析信息
能力 、(5)决策判断能力。

犹豫是直接申请 “A” license 还是先拿general license以后再转 A 的。
加州 的attest experience 500 小时就可以申请，但是老板说一般来说要700-800个小
时accounting board才会feel comfortable.
不知道是老板嫌麻烦推托还是真的像我们这种小firm的申请A license 比较难。请有经
验的tx给点建议， 谢谢。 |

才废除的），美国妇女获得投票权还没多少年，大概国会里没几个女议员。她是历史上

RoamingGhost 网友的信为模板写了一封公开信，对Lab Rule 3提出了质疑。如果
你搜索 "Kubiak UCSD"的话，应该会发现这封信出现在很靠前的位置。这封信发
表之后收到了好几个网友的回复，其中包括两个曾经在Kubiak实验室工作过的亚
裔学生。不久之前我又看到UCSD官方的 《An apology for insensitive

的回复以及UCSD官方的表态，让我觉得，我们不应在此事上过分上纲上线，穷追

1.普京称，俄罗斯在克里米亚的武装力量只是为了保护俄军方资产，在克里米亚占领基
础设施和军工厂的只是“公民防卫团体”而非俄方军队。
美方称，强有力的证据表明，俄罗斯安全部队都是克里米亚高度组织化的反乌克兰部队
