今年初的时候准备办PERM，正愁找不到律师没有头绪，于是公司安全生产部的一个经理
找到我说他妹妹是个很好的移民律师，然后给我电话，让我不妨联系一下他妹妹，然后

批准180天后才換的，而且現在從事的也是同領域的工作。看到這個RFE還是疑問：
1） 回答這個要求需要特別的格式嗎？還是一般的HR都知道如何回覆？
2）收到這個ＲＦＥ的時候正在轉換公司的時候，還好兩個雇主都願意出信，這樣的話
是不是如果可以還是儘量用之前的雇主比較穩妥？
３）最後就是這樣的ＲＦＥ在排期當前的狀態下回覆，一般多久有結果啊？

看起来不好，对于交485， 和485 180天换工作的。都要交Supplement Form来保证PERM
和现工作相同/相似。不管在不在一个公司。
虽然以前隐含也有这个要求，但是至少没那么正式，485 180天后也没有要求。
可能对做假的印度人有威胁？
还有一个可能，没有说清楚，如果这个能替代I140以前换工作的流程，那么就是
portablity? (不用重新PERM/I140) 不过这个并没有明说，基本可以当作现在来说不存

的petition letter，开始准备NIW。看了几篇模板，发现有些疑问。
1. NIW 不需要列表格，油灯图等吗？为什么我看到的模板都没有这些，只有Exhibit？
2. EB1A的petition条理比较清楚，比方说我要claim三项，就从1，2，3几方面阐述。
但是NIW怎么感觉条理比较混乱呀？

你换的工作即使是相似甚至是相同的。但是新出的J表要求新雇主解释并attest你的工
作和原工作类似相同。
这一点会让不少新雇主头疼的，特别是你没有perm拷贝的的话。
另外485 pending超过一年的，这个rfe基本逃不掉，不要心存侥幸。 |

规模。
现在额外要求新雇主提供税号，盈利状况，雇员人数。表上对“永久性”职位有明确要
求，模糊操作的空间没有了。并且要求新雇主attest与你前一份工作是相似的(事实上
后来的雇主不可能知道你前一份工作的信息)。 |

要裁我也是因为title太高了，没这个位置。现在有个位置出来，就是title低一级，问
我愿不愿意，我想都快熬出头了，所以心里是准备答应的，憋屈个半年，就自由了。但
是想到了你说的J表，所以来问问，是不是说通过了以后，我即使180天后换工作，还要
similar job，并且新公司要答应attest。这风险有多大？
我要是答应公司留下，半年内再走就不好意思了，所以如果今后J表的通过导致我还是
换不了工作，那我还是现在走人吧。

EB2->EB3:03/21/2016,刚开始File PP request,但是给refunded了。然后就等。一直到
２０１７年１月１３号都没有反应，中间做了两次ＳＲ，都是 ６０天以内给及结果，
但就是没结果。跟HR说都快１０个月来还没信,不合理，告诉HR我想到的唯一能加快
processing就是ＰＰ。然后HR联系attorney做PP。我猜是Jan 16 - Jan 20左右做的PP
request。
降级的Ｉ－１４０ was aproved on 01/30/2017. 1/31/2017收到USCIS电子邮件说有
RFE.我猜是
降级的140批了 （虽然我的140 case一直没反应），在看我的４８５了。昨天收到寄
来的RFE，是medical examination/record (I-693)和EVL。EVL就说是一封letter，没
有提J-form的事。我一直没换工作。
