背景 11papers 一作only 2；citation还可以，211个总共；review只有1个，其他还帮
老板弄了4-5个。
我最想问的问题是：学校的人说推荐信应该是美国之外的更有用，这个对吗？

中国公证处做公证，而且RFE的信中还给出了公证处的拼音（Gong Zheng Chu），以及
中国公证处的处理方式和规定，这些移民官对中国的熟悉程度，实在让我有些吃惊。
附录：

1其实是primary document，2是secondary document。但是在中国primary document很
难搞到，甚至很容易作假，所以反而2的secondary document是普遍使用的。

4。有具体的Salary数字

荐信的部分词句，相似性很强。要这两个人推荐信提供 additional letters or
documentations letters to confirm the attestations made therein。也是我自己
疏忽，推荐信的相似度高，没有考虑到。问大家两个问题：
1，推荐人的邮件、电话都在信上，IO为啥不打电话发邮件去确认一下真实性？
2，不能说100%，但是绝大多数人都是自己draft推荐信，然后找推荐信签字吧。那如果
这样，可不可以回复RFE，就说，推荐人让我draft的，所以信的语言部分相似性？
