另外市场跟人性相悖的还有greed, fear, loss aversion, overconfidence, gambling

投资最简单有效的办法其实还是buy and hold, 前提是股票选的好， 选不好， 真不如

还有一重考虑是现在工资开高了，将来万一公司要裁人，同一级别里工资高的往往也容
易被优先考虑（当然业绩、老板喜欢不喜欢都是考量因素，但如果当初公司已经觉得招
你过来是花了大价钱overpay了，这个就容易被考虑），然后你再到job market上，原
来的高工资反而可能是个不利因素
比如我前老板，从竞争对手过来我们公司的时候base肯定涨了30%以上，还有sign on
bonus什么的，一时间意气风发，买了大房子名贵跑车，结果几年后被let go，他告诉
我在外面根本找不到同级别同薪水的职务，同样一个sr.director，人家公司pay的最多也
就70%，就是说回到了他跳槽前的水平
还有一个前同事，资历应该说只比我略深，过来前是manager，跳过来给她director(应
该是junior级别，但肯定也有十几万了）,结果一年多后被let go，拿着这一年多的

常快，Andresson Horowitz下了重金。即使现在去我觉得也来得及。
Zenpayroll
做好用的payroll.相信大家都用过ADP，用户体验多糟糕不说了。ADP和另外一家竞争对
手paychex都是上百亿市值。
Blend Labs
给Mortgage公司做SAAS,现在revenue已经过百万，现金流为正。mortgage在美国就是上
万亿市场，我觉得上升潜力很大。创始人从Palantir出来。我面了没拿到offer
很有前景的

SB的老板才会栽赃到你头上。 当然这一切都是基于你在一个正规的大公司里。 HR在处
理performance的事情上会非常risk averse的。HR如果觉得这个不是case， 会push
back to your boss的。
当然老板显示出来有心栽赃你本身不是什么好事。 如果你可以confirm他的intention

没错，这次老印之所以能拉来LAMAR SMITH这个大反派来背书，估计就是跟他说：你通
过这个法案，两三年之内什么DREAM,CIR都没借口到你这里来闹了。去年DREAM就差点闯
关了，你说你是便宜了那帮非法移民呢，还是你对我们稍微让步一些然后彻底断了他们
的念想？
这个法案不过，两三年之内什么移民法案都没戏了。
这一点是肯定的，就看各方如何接受这么一个结局了。

上次说到, Intel一心一意要维护自己在硅工艺技术上的领先形象, 可是由于它强烈
的risk aversion, 实际上常常是走在技术研发的后端.(除了铜工艺, strained
silicon, SOI, finfet都是由别人先发表出来.) 在这种时候, intel总是顾左右而
言它, 而私底下一定是拼命追赶, 到2001年, intel终于在0.13um工艺上使用了铜互连.
落后IBM四年多, 落后Jerry Sanders的AMD一年多.
当时Intel的一位fellow说, "工艺不是最重要的, 体系结构更能决定芯片性能". 于是就
在这时候, intel在体系结构上也栽了大跟头. 其辉煌程度只会有过之而无不及. 如果说
在铜工艺上的落后是一个disaster, 那么intel在体系结构上的错误会被证明是一个
catastrophe. 很难想象, 换了是另一个公司会能够度过如此昂贵的灾难.
