There has been absolutely NO PROGESS in the EB-2 category for China. The
cut-off date is still at
December 1 2003—the same that it was in the March Visa Bulletin

在2004年10月8日与AILA的会议当中，劳工部介绍到新实施的积压件处理中心（Backlog
Elimination Center/BEC）将由新的操作系统来处理积压申请。而对于处理H2A, H2B 及
永久劳工证申请的Atlanta 和Chicago全国处理中心则会有统一的审核时间与标准。
2，Backlog Elimination Center/BEC
在未来两年内，劳工部的目标是解决现时310,000件积压申请。这些积压申请将会被转到P
hiladelphia 或 Dallas的BEC作进一步的审核。而每一个BEC将会有35至40个联邦雇员以
及最多100个合同雇员处理案件，所以现时劳工部正在从State Workforce Agencies/SWA
或公开招募这些职位的人员。这一点来讲，Dallas开展的进度比Philadelphia要快。
现时，对于在Philadelphia BEC的10,000个申请，这些申请都是来自于Philadelphia

俺们家是一家三制，我是PURE中国公民，老婆绿卡，小孩公民。
俺485早递了，有N次机会，都排到我了，可惜我的名字太POPULAR了，都被FBI卡住，
后来我都不是很在乎绿卡了，07年老婆从BACKLOG CENTER放出来，要把我加上再递一个
485，我说算了，反正班也能上，国也能回，不影响什么。
前几天带小孩去签证吃了个亏。人问我要绿卡，我没有，居然不给我小孩签证。说不能
证明不是中国公民。只好回家取了老婆的绿卡才给签了证。 |
