one time at this table next to me some guy folded his queens when he saw 3
aces on the board, the other guy had A10, the 10 plays so it would have been

quite normal, considering when you win 1st, you must give some terrible
beats to other ppl. Bad beat is part of poker.
It is not bad run, it is just normal. Except you play a ton, you might end
without entering any FT for one month or 3 months.
Playing poker should be in the “right” mode/mind-set. I could not keep it

都是100的buy-in,前3百，基本都是输在set上。但是我一直feel我的状态还算不错，基
本push或者被push的时候都是way ahead，那输了也就算了。 剩最后100的时候，一时
有点on tilt，down to $60 bucks,这时我对自己说，不能放弃，如果放弃，干脆现在
就走。。
后来以后牌，kjo, flop j 3 5, 我bet 20, 一个loose guy raise我，我就all-in了，
他是j 3, river K， 于是我活了下来。 （不能老被bad beat,也需要有时bad beat他
人一下吧。。。）
于是开始进入状态，没有碰到很不正常的事情。筹码到160左右的时候，pocket 7，
flop 7 J 3，由于是5个人的pot，我是第一个，于是bet 25，一个loose guy raise to
65，我raise to all-in,他call, shows 7 J. 这把我赢下来以后就差不多break even
了。

会赢他们才会和pro坐在一张桌上不停得长期输钱。 没有一个普通人会和李昌镐下棋赌

1) poker is about exploiting small edges which require big sample to show a
profit
2）bankroll management的原因和重要性。 something that can not be emphasized
enough。

There are 2 type of bad sectors
1. logical error
2. physical damaged
The usual way to fix bad sectors is to use low level format.
By doing this,
1. if it is a logical error, it will be corrected
2. if it is a physical error, the s. m. a. r. t function of hard disk will
remap the bad sector to a new place and the hard disk will back to normal
again
But format usually will erase all your data on the disk. Here we are going

硬盘有三个分区，最近其中一个分区有bad sector无法读了。用windows 安装盘
scandisk说bad sector无法恢复。把硬盘接到另一台电脑上，可以看到那个无法读的分
区，但无法进入，要format。其他两个区是没事的。
有什么办法可以把那个无法读的分区里的数据备份出来吗？ |

各位加入讨论哈。
首先，对我来说，bad trade多的原因：
1，overtrade;
2, didn't follow plan.
如果是做dt的，就要当天close掉，买前先想好止损点，不要dt的变成了swing,swing的
变成了long term.
3, 严格遵守entry rule，你的指标显示可以买才买，尽量少受别人的影响；
4，避免情绪化，最近市场波动太大，容易情绪操作；
5，follow the trend，这一点我做的很差，总喜欢抄底。
我一般有几个连续的bad trades，还是比较影响心情的，下面的操作也比较缩手缩脚，
一般要休息一阵子才会在入场。
各位是如何克服bad trade对你心理的影响呢？
八月起因为有些个人原因，本人会消失一阵子，斑竹别把我踢出去哈。 |
