If you are looking at dance studios, the Dance Spectrum is one. I am not
sure how many instructors teach ballet there. But the one that I saw, I don'
t think she has a dancer's body, let alone a ballerina's body. Not sure how
good her teaching is.
Chinese Performing Artists of America in Cupertino has ballet classes. It's
at the Valco shopping center above the ice rink. The instructor (from China)
is a ballerina at Ballet San Jose. She should be a high cali |

１９５６年，她出演电影,要求设计师Ｒｏｓｅ Ｒｅｐｐｅ
ｔｏ
给她设计舞鞋，Ｒｅｐｐｅｔｏ就设计了现在我们看到的ｂａｌｌｅｔ ｆｌａｔ
当年引起来很大轰动。
图３是她穿着条纹衫，ｂａｌｌｅｔ ｆｌａｔ的照片，现在还很ｆａｓｈｉｏｎ吧？
一年以后，赫本在funny face里面的舞蹈镜头又穿同样的鞋，于是ballet flat红到无
法收拾。
tips
（1）最漂亮最经典的款式，就是最早的法国版的Repetto款式。
Chanel的ballet flat基本沿袭了这个款式。Lanvin也有
平民品牌，Jcrew, Gap, HM, Tory Burch都carry这个款式
（2）虽然黑色最经典，但是ballet flat是可以换各种颜色的，尝试亮色，糖果色，裸
色等等吧 |

ballet and graded ballet, 就严格多了。至少我们老大的经验是这样。芭蕾表演机会
是不多，基本就是一年一次得nutcracker, 不过，ballet是其他现代舞的基础， 比如
jazz.
我们老大现在被选到performance team里面，都是JAZZ, 但是老师要求她们必须选两堂
ballet.
小孩倒挺ENJOY，我们大人累个半死。 |

降下来就容易长肉了，我晚上都吃两碗米饭，以后准备用果蔬汁和鱼肉代替。
其次，去报一个成人舞蹈班，Tap, hip hop, modern or ballet, 估计我比较适合
modern 和 ballet，有点基础而且毕竟年纪大了，练hip hop有点怪。ballet其实非常
减肥，站着都一身汗。美国没有广场舞是个缺陷。
最后，没事多打扫卫生，与其去跑步机上跑，不如在家擦地板出汗。
减肥的动力主要是夏天到了。 |

Ballet is the basic for many other things. In order to be good at rhythmic gymnastics, one needs to get serious training on Ballet too.
My daughter is taking both gymnastics (the regular one, not rhythmic gymnastics) and ballet classes. She like both but likes the gymnastics better, because she loves jumping, walking on the bar, rolling, etc. |

atlanta ballet center for dance education最好，老师有耐心，场地干净宽敞，费
用不贵，有好几个location。
后来我比较有自知之明，还是改练yoga了，ballet太有挑战性了！ |

这个位于林肯中心广场的免费户外歌剧放映活动已经连续举办了8届，今年会放映10
部来自 Live in HD系列的电影。而这也是第三年大都会剧院和林肯中心电影协会合作
，开幕电影会是一部和歌剧相关的好莱坞电影。不妨在官网看看有没有感兴趣的，虽然
全场有近4000个位子，但常常还是爆满，所以到时候提前去占一个好位置吧。

请问在哪里买tap shoes 和 ballet shoes，还有衣服是不是穿紧身白T，裤子是Jazz
pants？
我在amazon看了，tap shoes 很贵，ballet shoe没有黑色小号。
衣服也找不到合适的。
舞蹈老师给的网站里也都是大孩子。
我娃2岁9个月，月底正式上课，是tap 和ballet，班里唯一的男生，今天试课很喜欢。

这个是休斯敦的一个年度舞蹈事件。当地组织邀请全世界各地知名舞团来为期三天的演
出盛会！通常在4月中旬。今年请到的有皇家丹麦芭蕾，挪威国家芭蕾，西班牙马德里
Elephant in the Black Box,德国Staatstheater Wiesbaden和伦敦Sadler’s Wells。
还有著名的北京雷动现代舞团和北京”武。蹈门”现代舞团。通常买两天的票就能看到
所有演出。今年的演出我都看了，而且买了第一排的票。也不算很贵。50一张。朋友收
到邮件优惠的。大名鼎鼎的Paris Opera Ballet首席 Manuel Legris and Laetitia
Pujol！！！！！他们今年来演了两支双人舞！两支！！！坐在第一排的我，面对
Manuel这个大美男！花痴了一整个晚上！！太帅了！！！本人比电视还帅！anyway演出
水平都很赞！！新一季的日程是2015年4月2，3，4三天，但是具体哪些舞团还没有出来。
