为啥wellness就是好粮，proplan就这么垃圾呢。再给科普下吧。我实在是搞不明白。
是因为wellness第二位也是肉类的关系呢。还是因为rice，barley要比corn，wheat好

而且grain free的粮都标榜没有wheat, corn和soy，我不懂，不过既然拿出来当卖点估
计那三样对
猫不怎么样
而且07年的大recall就是因为gluten被污染了，所以我看见gluten也绕道
剩下的就看牌子了，purina盛产垃圾粮，就算产“好粮”也信不过，就像honda的豪车
要换个商标否则

though. Kids should not take much medicine. They usually have too much
heat. The dampness is the key here, some barley juice should help. I don't
think he should eat any barley, it's hard to digest. |

食物：早上吃了barley和葡萄干。早饭吃了３勺米糊，中午大米鸡肉粥，下午小米粥加
菜。没有吃豆子水。晚上临睡喝的小米水（很稀）。晚上吃了红薯。
大便：深黄色，２次。
活泼性：不好。
疹子：右手肘关节红水疹好像小了点，腿上膝关节的红疹还没好。
午觉:
洗澡：无
睡觉：９点半入睡，半夜闹了，吃了西药。怀疑米糊有问题。
日sep9
食物：早上吃了小米水和苹果。中午先喝奶（120ml expert care)，大米鸡肉粥，下午
小米粥加菜。睡前喝了90ml expert care。没有吃豆子水。今天吃了２顿奶。
大便：深黄色，２次。
活泼性：上午很差(在target 玩，不想动），中午吃了奶后立即好了很多。

大利亚西北部近海斯科特礁的海鳝进行研究。一条细斑裸胸鳝靠近塑料袋，并试着去吃
袋子里的沙丁鱼。经过一番努力，它咬住袋子，并将“尾巴”部分打成一个松散的结。
巴利称，这条海鳝可能想用这种击打，使袋子里的沙丁鱼掉出来，而通过身体的打结，
它可以将全身的力量集中在一处。

分析都是前苏联搞起来的！
但是本世纪以来，学界基本肯定了历史事实（排除了前苏联按Maxism教条的解读部分）。
现在确切知道的是Danube Valley Civilization：
有发达的农业体系，种植wheat and barley；
大约公元前五千年出现自己的文字，而且对其后Mesopotamia and Egypt
civilizations有重要影响，他们的语言可以被认为是a secondary proto-language；
有巨型城市，居民人数2-5万；
有发达的金属冶炼体系，主要产品是金、铜等等，有少量的铁（但是不一定有冶铁技术
）；没有青铜；
有明显的阶级分化、宗教体系。。。
贴一张Danube Valley Civilization的阴阳鱼，比《易经》早了三千年。这个文明对

实现永久定居”（http://www.sciencemag.org/content/early/2014/11/19/science.1259172.abstract）。
大概的意思是， 这一地区早期人类定居主要是由小米维持的，而它们仍然位于海拔
2500米之下。接着，在大约3600年前，膳食大多由大麦（Barley，就是青稞）组成的人
类定居点开始向上移动至高达4700米的高度。这些采样的大部分遗址代表了沿着黄河及
其支流的早期农耕定居点。
这对于汉藏分化的意义是，从膳食考古证据看到的人群扩散是3600年前，如果对应的就

神户牛是被关起来喂肥的，吃干草、稻梗、大豆、包米、大麦和糠等等杂食。都不是有
机喂养的。美国大部分牛也是喂差不多一样的杂食，这样的牛肉是最便宜的。相比之下
美国草地上放养的牛（尤其是奶牛）应该健康快乐多了。我不知道美国其它地方，加州
有很多在草地上放养的牛。我开101从湾区去南加，很多次看到这样被喂养的牛。还有
靠东湾那边的大山里也有不少在外面养的牛。加州有很多草地，旱季的时候很容易发生
火灾。Stanford大学过去还请过私人把牛羊放到它后面大片的山地里去吃干草。这样
grass-fed出的牛肉都是很贵的，有的比一般牛肉贵几倍。

所涉金额为2,060亿欧元的债务重组计划，这是有史以来规模最大的一次主权债务重组
。而集体行动条款的启用将使接受重组的债务规模达到1,970亿欧元，参与率将达到95.
7%，这将触发信用违约掉期(CDS)赔付。
希腊应该能够获得第二批救助贷款，而其对全球市场的威胁也应会逐渐消退。不过还有
些问题亟待解决。
目前仍有一些债权人不接受债务重组。有价值250亿欧元依照希腊法发行的债券将依据
集体行动条款被清理掉。更重要的是，另外有价值90亿欧元左右的债券是依照国际法发
行的国家企业债券，这些债券的持有者态度可能更为强硬，不会参与置换投标。希腊将
债券置换的投标最后期限延长至3月23日，并警告称，在此之后将不再设有附加优惠条
件。
如果反对者坚持立场，那么他们将不得不面临最终摊牌。希腊有可能对这部分债权人完
全违约，因为即便如此也不会造成系统性风险。欧元区政府不大可能从纳税人的腰包里
拿更多钱来如数偿还这些为数不多的私人债权人。那么到时候，这些债权人就不得不通
过法院来争取权利了。

of 10 recieved below .5%. I have them to use as template for my grants.
It depends on your study section. My department has a pretty wide field, I
have seen grants with all 2s barley getting scored. I asked the PI and he
told me you need mostly 1s to get funded. My study section 20 is 3% and 1s
according to senior faculties who served on the same study section are
rarely given.

给大家推荐一下发芽糙米饭。 好吃营养也好。
种子发芽的时候营养价值是最高的。 因为把种子里的氨基酸都分解成人体易于吸收的
了。 发芽糙米饭就是把糙米泡水里， 知道米发点小芽。 一般1-2天就好。 中间要换
水，防止发臭。 里面放一个绿茶包有防发霉的功能。 不过我一般都没这个担心。
COSTCO买的ORGANIC的糙米就行。 发芽率很高的。 不用特意去买超市里死贵的玄米。
除了BROWN RICE，还有很多种子也可以这样吃， 比如薏米（BARLEY），WHEAT。 在
WHOLEFOOD FOOD有买散装的。
另外也可以自己发各种种子吃，如南瓜子，ALFAFA等 |
