提交 I-485 之后，更换雇主或工作，大家知道的有
1) I-140 已经获批；
2) I-485 提交了 180 天未决；

儿子去年也申请了harker的五年级，没成功。和申请小学相比，申请初中的最大区别就
是多了一个shadow day visit. 就是孩子可以去申请的学校上一天学，感受一下。除了
nueva 必须先过iq test 之外，其他的学校都是只要交了申请费，就可以申请shadow
day visit. 这个不是必须的，因为我就认识没有shadow day visit的孩子，最后也拿
到harker的admission了。
但是我觉得，shadow day visit 真是好呀真是好，即使不能拿到admission, 就这一天
shadow，就完全值回申请费。要是换工作也能shadow visit 一天就好了。不知申请大
学时可不可以，好像没听说过。所以，这个可能是私立中学特有的。
前面有人问我，nueva这么高大上，为什么最后没有选。其实我们在拿到最后通知之前
也不停问自己，要是拿到多个，到底选哪个？本来在申请之前，我的排名大概是这样的

经交税，W2已经含了）：单项Vest不需要taxpayer任何操作，tax withheld 已经在W2里
