几十套就过分了，中国本来就人多地少、寸土黄金，物质是守恒的、地球就那么点大，

，我始终认为在市场经济下虽然追逐利益是天经地义的，但还是要遵循一定的人性与道

中美贸易战不断升级，美国总统川普（特朗普）近期警告中共，美国有更多的子弹可用
，将会采取更多行动。现任和前任的美国官员都披露说，美国现在正在酝酿对中共的新
一次打击。川普政府正在制定新规，对中共设定更多限制。
据美国新闻和政治网站“The Daily Beast”引述现任和前任美国官员的消息说，美国
财政部和商务部正在忙于制定新规，对中共施加限制。也就是说，限制其接触到美国技
术、数据和基础设施的能力。
这些新规也将推进一项计划，将使美国政府有权审查中企对使用和发明技术的美国公司
的投资。

不过，若要得出准确的预测结果，还需要知晓该病毒的传播速率、患病程度以及无症状
患者的传染性等。
由于信息有限，科学家正在勾画病毒可能的传播路径，权衡每种可能性，预测分析疫情
在中国被控制住和在全球暴发的两种场景。
场景一：遏制
最乐观的情况是，2019-nCoV仍主要限于中国境内传播。
迄今为止，99％的确诊病例中发生在中国。牛津大学数学流行病学家Robin Thompson认
为，在其他地方，没有任何人与人之间大量传播的证据。风险可能不像某些模型所预测
得那么高。
如果疫情没有在其他国家持续传播，而中国采取的隔离等措施又减少了感染数量，则传
播风险可能会逐渐下降，最终得以消除病毒。这种情景与2003年SARS暴发的走向类似。
