Indeed, there are many Ph.D. programs that can be closed. The first one on
my list to close would be the Religion program in Columbia university. Why
do we need Ph.D.'s specializing in religion? Leave that area to the rabis

1 1/3 instant yeast
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
2 large egg yolks,slightly beaten
3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons to 1 1/8 cups water, at room temperature
2 egg whites, whisked until frothy, for egg wash
sesame or poppy seeds for garnish
面团揉成可以windowpane test
都是在室温下发酵，先基础发酵,发到1 1/2倍大。
将面团分成三等分或者6等分。我的是六等分，然后分别编成辫子，连接成圈，大圈套
小圈。刷上蛋白，发酵1 1/2 倍大的时候，预热烤箱350F.再次刷蛋白以及撒芝麻。
烤制时间：20-45分钟
面包中心温度要达到190F,就好了。

家里事先就有一包mix dried fruit，我用了里面的芒果、木瓜、葡萄干、椰子、枣子
。另外，我加了蔓越莓干和杏子干。其实你可以用你喜欢的任何水果，然后混入面团中。
方子来源于ultimate bread.
但是我根据家里的实际情况调整了干果的种类。
我还是将原方子给你，便于你自己调整方子。
100g glace citrus peel, chopped
3 tbsp each raisins and pine nuts (我将松子换成了almond)
100 ml port
2 1/2 tsp yeast
100 ml water
500 g unbleached flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
以上干果提前一晚上放入酒中泡。第二天用漏勺将酒漏干净，干果备用。将酵母放入温
水中溶解，静置5分钟。

我们妞要上托，要带饭（托的饭忒不健康了），
所以咧，我最近在潜心研究给她做什么吃的。
学习之后知道了，还真不能乱吃，
每天营养要均衡：

12－24个月的娃，
Grain， Fruit， Veggie，Protein， Milk每天的摄取应该是：
3， 1， 1， 2， 2 （serving size）。
具体一个serving size就是：
Grain：一片面包 or 半杯米饭 or 一杯cereal
Fruit：一个苹果 or 一个香蕉 or 一杯水果
Veggie：一杯蔬菜
Protein： 一个蛋 or 1oz肉 or 1tbsp 花生酱
Milk: 一杯奶 or 酸奶

我的预产期是8/3，但因为是双宝，医生给订好在7/20 38周第一天催产。因为双宝位置
很好，医生说要先自然产，当然那会我也很赞成的
我是7/20早晨8点去的医院。医生上来就检查宫颈，结果1指都没开，软化度0%，宫口极
其靠后，第一次做内检，虽然没出一点血，但是真疼。。。医生决定放药软化宫颈口，
说要到至少四指才能上催产素。四个小时以后，再次检查，说开了两指。。。唉。。。
新人就是悲催阿。。。医生说可以放气球， 把宫颈变薄，有助于开指，于是我要了麻
药，这个听起来都挺疼得。。。于是从iv处上挂了麻醉药，然后他们放了一个小气球类
似的东西，卡在宫颈上，两边充蒸馏水。就这样到了半夜。我那天几乎都在昏昏沉沉睡
觉，就知道不断有不同的ob进来和我打招呼说我现在值班。。。在等你开指。。。
我基本上四个小时被内检一次，之前都让老公扶着推着一堆iv仪器去上厕所。早晨1点
那次，我回到床边，刚坐下去就感觉一大堆热乎乎的水涌出来，床上，地下，我当时反
应是气球破了。。。值班医生过来看了以后，说不是气球，是羊水，宫颈已经很薄，但
