刚刚和amazon的recruiter通完电话，确认拿到offer，他正在发email
95k+15k
大概打算从了，希望板上有讨价还价经验的朋友可以给点经验争取最大利益^_^
另外，因为身份问题，我十月前要先去amazon北京，类似这期间的pay之类的问题有谁有
经验的？
鉴于NDA和某w同学，面经里问题我尽量只涉及方向不说具体内容。
先说下我的基本情况吧，应该有点励志效果：
学历只有国内大学cs的本科，还因为身体原因延毕了半年-_-之后在杭州找的一个小公司
的SDE工作了1年半，拿L1来了公司在美国的总部作PM。公司规模很小，不到20人，很多
东西是一团乱麻，工作不到2年后于去年12月跟老板吵翻，离职开始找工作。
L1签证到今年2月就过期了，所以算是黑着身份找的，想想也挺不容易的。

昨天签了offer。很喜欢的职位和公司，工资也满意。唯一的小遗憾，差不多1000mile
的relocation，从东部大城市搬到南方小农村。不过考虑到有回祖国出差的机会，这点

小弟也有幸参加了一次这种onsite，接到recruiter的邀请，准备了一个月参加了
Amazon的面试。不过可能还是由于准备不充分并且是第一次面试，最后挂了，说说过程
，求大牛分析为什么挂了
第一个是一个白人年轻GG，上来寒暄了一阵子，大概介绍了一下自己的research，貌似
他不怎么感兴趣，接着开始问behavior问题，印象比较深的是问了一个如果项目中有很
多bug，但是deadline快到期了，你会怎么办，我说首先我会尽量想办法fix掉bug，如
果还是预期还是没法fix完可以找manager多allocate一些resources，比如多一些人手
来一起fix bugs。我说任何bug都有可能导致程序崩溃，那个GG貌似很不满意，继续问
，如果这些bug很不重要呢，举了个例子，我没听清，大体就是和产品功能无关之类的
，我说我会找manager商量商量要不要忽略这些bug继续deliver产品。感觉他还是很不
满意。。。

本人纯DS男一枚，跟本上的牛人绝对没得比。总结一下我这几个月的申请经验。
先后面试了几家公司，拿到了A, MS 和 G 三家的面试。A家7月初面试结束后到现在对
我不管不问，不说拒也不说不拒，应该是默剧了。 M家是8月中oniste的，第二天出的
offer。一周后的周一面试的G家，因为有MS家的offer让我赶快答复，我就push G 家快

到心仪的offer。
本人纯DS男一枚，跟本上的牛人绝对没得比。总结一下我这几个月的申请经验。
先后面试了几家公司，拿到了A, MS 和 G 三家的面试。A家7月初面试结束后到现在对
我不管不问，不说拒也不说不拒，应该是默剧了。 M家是8月中oniste的，第二天出的
offer。一周后的周一面试的G家，因为有MS家的offer让我赶快答复，我就push G 家快
点出结果， G家当周的周五确认我拿到offer。

恭喜各位同学，过五关斩六将，终于来到了最后一关onsite interview，到这儿你半只
脚已经跨过去了,不容易啊。
行程 - 不要省钱
Onsite一般提前1-2周通知，如果在另一城市，则有必要提前安排行程。即使是同城，
没车的同学也需要提前查好路线，找好ride或者约cab。 这里有一个宗旨，不要省钱，
尽量把行程安排的宽松舒适。为什么这么说呢，因为血的教训在前面。某同学历尽千辛
万苦拿到了NYC某街上公司的interview，是安排在下午1-2点左右，而且此抠门公司不
安排住宿。此同学平日勤俭持家，盘算来盘算去觉得赶早飞过去，面试当天飞回来，又
节约时间又省钱，于是乎就搞了这么一个1-day plan. 结果是1早上很早起床，赶去机
场，2飞机到了之后面试之前没地方去，星巴克都没地儿坐，3中午没吃好午饭，4面试
砸锅。不管是男是女，早上这么一折腾，西服也糟蹋了，人也受累，实在不划算。所以
建议，参加onsite的各位大神，如果公司没良心不出钱，还是自己掏钱包提前一天去住
