现在因为belly dance比较普及，所以教课的老师水平挺参差不齐的，得仔细选
因为这个舞蹈有的动作动得很厉害的，细节把握不对会受伤的
我在youtube看到有的belly dance上课的视频，都看不下去了。。
找老师的时候找那种专业的跳肚皮舞的dance studio，不推荐那种gym里带着教大课当

诉求。其间有激进示威分子，到金钟解放军驻港部队大厦对开，挥舞英国、港英、日本
、藏独等旗帜示威，并以日本话挑衅在场爱港人士情绪，丑态百出逾两小时。近百警员
在场严阵以待，防止滋事分子乘机捣乱，在场爱港人士非常忍让，未有与捣乱分子冲突

唇膏用burts bee + nivea (一种深蓝色的，一种浅蓝色带spf的)
没眼霜
你还需要抗妊娠纹的belly butter，嗯，我用mambino |
