只是暂时而已，主要是因为现在不想踩FDA的红线。
关于23andme FDA approved的报告，我的个人观点如下
1. 基于array的carrier screen太初级了。对于一个致病基因 array 只能看某些位点
，不是这个gene所有位点的覆盖
真心要做carrier screen，大家找比较专业的机构
2. 真正提供全面报告的机构价格都很高，大概要2000以上吧。

0. 我们提供高质量CLIA certified外显子测序，
1. 我们会提供一个界面去浏览你的variant信息，我们会报告你的exome里面和CLINVAR
数据库匹配的结果，一般大致有1000-1500 个位点， 按照pathogenic, likely

Most frequently those follicles are benign, including follicular cysts,
serous/mucinous cystadenoma, endometrial cyst, corpus luteal cysts, or some
intraepithelial /methothelial inclusion cyst.
However, need to rule out some borderline tumor or malignant ones.
I guess the choices are: take them out, or close follow them up.

我研究院时必须读MD和PhD的双重功课。
天天跟读西医的同学在一起上课。
Lesion 这字我当然知道是病变的意思，
但我很不满意这个字的信息量。
用 Lesion 就像用 It 这样。
房子可以说是It，汽车业是 It，
钱也是 It，有什么意义？
我当然不是说这个字完全无用，
但用太多了反映了掩盖和忽悠。
至于说有非常详细的形态描述比较，
实际并非如此，而一般是用图片。
其中主观因素非常大，但装精确而已。
例如 Neoplasm 是 Benign 或 Malignant，
也是非常主观。但对外(病人)则装很准确。
由于主观，许多非癌症都被当癌症来治疗。
如果病人化疗死了，既然说是癌，不足怪。
但如果病人没死，医生就变成救命恩人了。
非癌症的病人，倾家荡产，换来残存的身体。
无论如何，昂贵的癌症医疗费对医生没有坏处。
对医学，法律，金融无知，吃大亏的概率很高。
而一般人除非属于那个行业，都只好任凭摆布。 |

一轮QE(就在Fed宣布美国的QE收手后1，2天的事情)，BOJ的governor已经说了QE是没办
