在北京的商业峰会上宣布要跟美国一刀两断，再乞求中国多多照顾，只觉这位总统倍加
猥琐，一脸跟班相，既失体统也有辱国体，不知支持他的民众看后有何感想。
说他猥琐倒不是因为他选择弃美亲中。对菲律宾这样小国而言，依附大国是在国际体系
中生存的不二法门。中、美两国是亚太区两大强国，菲律宾放弃美国改选中国作为“大
佬”不算奇怪，也无可厚非。问题是杜特尔特的“吃相”难看，决定转軚的原因也是以
私心或个人思想为主，置国家长远安保利益于不顾，实在差劲。
先说“吃相”。菲律宾是穷国，主要出口就是佣工，男的到中东打工，女的则在亚洲、
中东以至欧美当帮雇，其他产业乏善足陈。经济发展进度则从五十年代领先东南亚到九
十年代变成东南亚病夫，只比柬埔寨等战乱连年的地方稍好。这样不济的经济发展原因
很多，前总统马可斯的贪腐，本国基建没改善，经济体制效率不佳，政策不对头都是原

华人：华人社会对毒品的态度是什么？大家都是中国长大的，在对毒品高度禁止的环境
中长大的，对毒品的印象偏负面，也是强烈希望有关部门出面禁毒的，家长也担心小孩
交了坏朋友染上毒瘾，电视台、政府部门、学校一直加大力度宣传禁毒，一直在说毒品
的危害。
保守派：保守派也反对毒品，但保守派是小政府，跟中国家长强烈希望政府严惩毒贩有
点不大一样；其实保守派这点比较模糊，到最后我保证自己家人不吸毒就行了，其它太
复杂的东西想不明白。保守派就这样的，很多时候头脑简单。
自由派：美国的自由派认为毒品是负面的，也认为人的意志力有限，但自由派承认毒品
有一定的药用价值，因此希望在严格管理的情况下使用毒品，但自由派不希望由警察来
做这些事，因为警察会腐败，靠贩卖毒品赚钱。自由派认为禁毒是过度的，完全放纵也
不行，中间要有个平衡点。
自由意志主义：这帮人认为人要对自己负责，人是理智的，可以认识到毒品的危害，即

demands for segregated campus housing and other racially segregated campus

Man complains to noisy black neighbor, makes national news

apartment building complained to his neighbor about noise late at night:
