自己，比如先报告家长，老师，另外回击别人的时候，如果不是也偷袭，最好有别的朋
友同学目击。
其实大人在社会上回击别人的欺负，也是一个道理。

蒙校在美国过去和现在：20世纪初传入美国，1910-1920年那个阶段大红大紫。
由于和主流教育观有差距，逐渐衰落，现在全美只有4000-5000所有资格认证的蒙校，
教育阶段从婴儿期一直到8年级。
与某些家长认为的蒙校是很宽泛的组织。有很多变体。这个想法是错的，相反，
Mentesorri是个很严密的组织，老师和学校要结果蒙校组织的教育，资格审查整
个流程以后才能被称为蒙校老师。所以正宗的蒙校之间很相似，蒙校之间差距不大，很
标准。这点可以认为是个优点，比普通的preschool要好。普通preschool，学校之间的
差距有时会很大，NAEYC只是一个指导性的组织，也不强制所有preschool都要经过
NAEYC的认证和教育，老师只要有教室资格证一样的认证就可以了。但是你在加州上的
蒙校，你去纽约上的蒙校，硬件上教学方法上都差不多。大致可以认为是，连锁机构了。

回帖里不少id给了宝贵建议，特别鸣谢sealight强调的晨跑，我lg不忙的时候带过一段
，结果娃那几天确实活跃很多，白天走路都是蹦蹦跳跳的，虽然还是骨头软和歪歪扭扭
的，但是起码有了活力，可惜最近lg又忙了，只好暂停，等3、4个月后我能陪他折腾再
说了。
娃现在情况好些了，至少不怎么趴着了，下午老师来家里的时候也特别活跃，东跑西跑
的，我觉得他习惯了没有午觉然后早睡的作息是一方面，同时前段时间爸爸能带着运动
也好很多。
这期间我带他去学区做了PE的评估，那里的孩子大多是坐轮椅，走路都走不好的，所以
他虽然low muscle tone，但是不符合接收标准。有趣的是，娃在那里试课的两次，非
常喜欢那个体育课堂，回家后还一直念叨要去。我觉得是以为那些活动比较简单，适合
他的水平，同时是教室setting，两个老师三个娃，得到的指导也多，所以比gym课的效
果好。

screen size, native PDF support, and I was accustomed to the Kindle user
