两个SET, 第一次用BARBELL, 头一个SET是15磅的空心BAR, 主要是纠正动作, 第二个
SET是45磅的BAR, 还是在纠正动作, 看来还是需要多练习一下, 经常犯的错误就是PULL
和STAND UP的不同步. |

发帖数: 5 | 4 前阵子我的BMW开起来有异常的震动，到BMW Gallery（98 Accord Park Dr, Norwell,
MA 02061) 做检查，那傲慢的service advisor跟我说是4个wheel全bent掉，需要全部
换掉，而且4个轮胎也要换，一共差不多＄3000。
后来我就到BMW of Peabody(7 Centennial DR, Peabody, MA 01960)重新做一次检查，
他们跟我说只是右前轮的wheel bent了，花＄150就可以修好，右前轮的轮胎有个大气
泡，要换，一共几百刀就搞定，而且那个service advisor态度很nice，解说很详细，
还提供loaner car。这种服务让顾客放心舒服。之前听朋友说BMW of Peabody的服务很
不错，现在终于体会到了。 |

发帖数: 609 | 5 今天去换胎，被告知4个轮子（alloy wheel）里有3个bent了，其中一个比较严重，肉
眼看得出来，另外2个基本上看不出来，但是在机器上spin的时候能感觉得到确实bent
了。估计是被路上无处不在的potholes搞的。
车开的时候基本上没感觉异常，就是80mph以上有些轻微的vibration(不知道是不是我
paranoid)。
据说可以straigthen rim，但是修一个rim要100刀，有必要修吗？ |

Hunter machine测出来的值确实显示有bent。这个其实肉眼平时根本看不出来，而且有
些bent是在轮子内侧，那就根本看不到了。
对了，你上面的video里面的车是不是悬挂偏软啊，怎么按下去这么大动静。 |

一年多以前，我心血来潮，去dealer做 tire rotation & coolant flush
也没告诉我，只是做好后receipt 写，一只轮子 bent 了，放在了后面，于是一边做了
rotation，一边没做，估计这种情况应该比较常见，不影响
从此以后，决定不搞啥 rotation了，要换就四个轮胎一起换
说实话，开了3年了，我从来都没感觉到轮子不圆，颠簸的情况，即使110的情况下 |

The real one or the fake one?
I don't like the fake one obviously. Don't get me started.
The real one is bent grass. Very high maintainence.
Only elite lawner grow those nicely. If you are going to try,
maybe start with some easy one first.
Plus bent grass is cold season grass. Bay Area is not the
best climate to grow those. You need to use a lot of water
in the summer times to keep them green because they have
shallow root system. |

I don't think so. But I have zero experience with bent grass.
Because you cut very low, it need very flat surface so you need
to prepare your soil very carefully.
Soil test is recommended.

This is my soil test result. So iron is a little low. PH slightly
off. Other than that it is very good.

后轮碟刹的车,一般需要安装比例阀,后轮左右刹车的压力是根据转向
时左右两轮悬挂高低自动调节的,所以左转没声右转有声.
车普都是墨西哥人,不懂技术胡说八道而已.换了刹车片就没事了.
不过你这种人也真丢脸,都只剩1/4了居然连个刹车片都不舍得换,都赛上硬度人了

Tibetans arrested by Chinese security forces have been paraded with placards
around their necks indicating their names and alleged crimes such as "
separatism", according to photographs published on Saturday by the Free
Tibet campaign group.
The pictures were taken in the ethnic Tibetan prefectures of Ganzi and Aba
in Sichuan province, the Chinese dissident website Boxun.com said Friday,
according to the London-based group.
