er Ph.D degrees per se.
come to think about it, criminal law is not a bad field for Chinese students. I know Chinese government tries to modify its criminal law statute according to American Model Penal Code. They need someone specialized in this field. Besides, unlike many other practice fields where common law takes a huge chunk, criminal law is mainly about statutes and not that much on case laws.

it's a story telling how a retarted father
get his daughter back from the court.
It's so touching that i cried. six was beside me
and i tried hard to hide the tear, especially when
the lawyer "broke into" sam's home and have the talk
with him. but i heard the one beside me is sobbing
too..:P
i remembered similar scence last year when i watched
