面包热量高营养少，在低热食谱中很不划算
Beverly Hills diet的主要观点是：人的身体会被各种营养弄糊涂，比如碳水的消化时
间短，蛋白质的消化时间长，混在一起吃，身体就很糊涂，就很混乱，就会发胖，所以
要分开种类吃，中间间隔2小时让胃排空
这说得也不是完全没有道理，但是我个人最深重的体会是胃口变坏了。我那么爱

从初中来说，最近的好初中是Paul Revere Charter （Brentwood).虽然只有8分但是
science 和 math 很强。里面的亚裔分数很高。接下来是Palms. 这个学校虽然是8分不
过主要是劳模和黑人，亚裔的成绩也要差一点。Culver City有同样的问题。
再远一点的就是Santa Monica 和Beverly Hills. Santa Monica和UCLA之间的交通也够
坏的，房子也不便宜。Beverly Hills 有四个学区,分别有四个小学初中合一的学校，
El Rodeo, Beverly Vista，Hawthorne 和Horace Mann, 前三个学区能住的房子至少要
2M，最后一个有1M左右的condo 和少于2M的house。 |

。如果是两个住的地方要你选1. beverly hills 2. palms 大家会选那个区？beverly
hills 可能apt比palms 贵两百，大小差不多的apt. 然后commute 的话， beverly

好）, west la 就行，但是east hollywood貌似有点乱。
但是如果去disney就难说，从west la/hollywood/beverly hills 去disney 交通不太
方便。
要避免的区是downtown 以南，compton 那里，比较乱。但是你也不太会去那里。
la 就几个区， downtown, downtown 以西，downtown 以东，downtown以南。downtown
以西开发较早，中国人不多，有些地方不错，也有比较乱的地方，大概还行，像
hollywood, beverly hills这些地方，还行。downtown 以东，开发较晚，亚裔多,san
gabriel, monterey park, rosemead, rowland heights 这些地方,中国城。downtown
以南比较乱。downtown也比较乱。不过有个地方little tokyo在downtown附近还行。

仗不是这样打的。实事求是的说，beverly确实有活力，能起兴奋剂的作用。但是想要

话说，昨天我比较忙，出去了几趟。在出去的这几趟中，被撒了3-4次毒烟。但因为我
经常带着口罩，且非常警惕。一感觉不对，就把车里空调关了，且不断找机会把车里毒
气排出，况且是短途，所以这些人也无法得手。
可能让我心里不安的是这些人的架势。我已经决定离开美国，按说和美国这些人，今后
的关系也就不大了，但这些人一副要置我于死地的态势，喋喋不休地纠缠，让我深感厌
恶。
最让我感到蹊跷的是，在我中间回家后，打开背包的锁，然后钥匙却不见了。我知道家
里经常隐藏着人，但这人能快到我没有察觉就把我的钥匙偷走？心里有一些郁闷。这几
日，我都睡在外边沙发上。一夜间，这些人得在我身边晃悠几次，当然也不安全。不过
整个家里都不安全。因为背包的钥匙找不到了，我睡在外边，他们很容易翻我的东西。
