我们的一家邻居，儿子哈佛毕业的，当年父母为了他上名校，居家搬迁到beverly
hills 租了个狠小的房子生活了12年，到孩子上大学才搬回自己的房子。他们挂在嘴边
的是“昔孟母，择邻处，子不学，断机杼”
这个影响真的这么大吗？

真正的富人区基本不会里闹事太远，富人也不是没事就喜欢stuck in traffic.
到地图上随便看看诸如Lincoln park里loop 5英里,Gold Coast离loop 2.5英里；
Beverly Hill在三个闹市区downtown,westwood、westhollywood之间，离那里都不远。
那种四处很远都没商业，买点牛奶都要开车上高速转20分钟的地方根本不会是什么特别
好的区。 |

发帖数: 3320 | 37 我在南加州，现在准备修地基。说说我的情况，可能对大家有帮助。我的地基也有裂缝
，但是所有的人都说没有问题。我也认为没有问题。买房房检的时候也没有发现地基有
问题。后来地基的问题是我自己发现的，在前面有个拐角的地方混凝土地基低于地面，
这样有些土接触到地基的sill plate，就是混凝土上面横着的木条，stud就是坐落在
sill plate上。 因为土有湿度，木头怕水，时间长了有些sill plate有损坏。大约有
20英尺长的地基有这个问题。
先找了一家地基公司，说是要把这20英尺长的混凝土地基打掉一部分，在重新建新的混
凝土地基，新建的地基高出地面，要价一万两千美元。同时建议地震retrofit，都加起
来要大约一万五千。
我又从angies list找了第二家专门作地基的公司，是个老头。检查了说不是太大的问
题，木头虽然有损坏，但不严重。他说你当然可以把这一部分换掉，但是他认为没有必
要，属于overkill。他的建议是从外面建一个concrete skirt，这样就能防止土接触木
头。然后他说我们以前的地震retrofit已经不符合现在的标准了，说可以从新retrofit

膀胱镜检查，发现膀胱转移，肾功能检查eGFR 59ml/min/1.73.诊断为3级肾衰（
