发帖数: 142 | 6 前面的已经弄过了，但是重新做了一边。后面的那两个，
真是叫脏。黑的不像样子。赫赫。
步骤嘛，基本上和adven等等做的一样，对角进行。
为了撑车，借了朋友的jack stand，同时也有他帮忙。:)
有几个小trick可以介绍一下。
首先就是用vaccum pump。那玩艺真的管用。拧开了
bleeding screw以后，套上管子，然后吸真空，用一个
专用的瓶子接着。不过当时比较土，没有注意连结口。
装反了。结果把brake fluid吸到了pump里面。:(
最后才看到上面一端有一个大大的to pump字样。
(如果没有vaccum pump的话，可以让一个人在里面
踩闸，别忘了垫一块木头在下面，别踩过了，否则
伤了master cylinder，也有的痛苦)
下来就是，一定要用antz提到的grease，teflon tape
之类的东西，把bleeding screw的周围堵住。就是
轻轻的抹上一圈，这样的话，就不会有空气从螺纹的
缝隙里面进去。赫赫，adven就是没有用这个方法，才
导致看到了那么多的小气泡在里面，而且肯定不敢
把bleeding screw拧的比较开。那样的 |

这样才能回去，否则里面液体顶着。
完了后必须要bleed，因为里面肯定有空气了。
上次我换闸就犯傻，想省时间，就把两边pads都下了，然后一边装上
就开始bleed这一边，就觉得fluid reserve那里下的很快，wheel
这里没出多少。我迷迷糊糊一个劲弄。。。。后来发现另一边的piston
早出来了流了一地的fluid我还不知道。。。呵呵呵。倒是fluid很彻底
的换了一遍啊。 |

两个问题：
1，踩刹车的时候是踩一半，还是踩到底的？
2，踩刹车的过程中bleeding screw是拧紧的还是松开的？感觉你描述的是踩的时候
bleeding screw是拧紧的，然后松开刹车，拧开bleeding screw后，靠系统内部的压力
将brake fluid压出来，这样基本可以避免进入气泡。 |

brake pads碰rotor，开起来有摩擦声，把caliper拆下来把piston压下去，装回，一
按手闸，刹车片又贴上去了。个人感觉是需要把bleed valve 松开，推回piston，然后
再拧紧bleed valve。但是我刚把bleed valve松开，里面的brake fluid就流出来了，
没敢再继续。版上有没有开过摩托车的大牛指点一下？ |

以前自己换escort break pad, rotor, caliper, hose and bleed, 简单。其实修车关
键是找出问题，之后自己修也好让别人修也好至少不会被坑。工具是需要买的，以后用
得着。印象最深的一次是寒冬大雪前一个小时在停车场打着手电换caliper，好在没有
意外。还用一个塑料铲一头顶着椅背另一头顶着踏板一个人bleed. |

发现胎动不活跃，打电话给OB, Dr. Smith说直接去医院
到医院后直接上产科，胎心监护，胎心平稳120bpm；RN说再等40分钟看宝宝是否会醒。
结果40分钟后还未醒，RN叫来技术员，给我的肚子左右两边vibrate刺激2次，结果可怜
的宝宝终于醒了，胎动活跃，胎心率有起伏。 Dr. S 西装革履，带着圣诞领带过来握
手，说回家吧。
December 26 婚礼见红
今日好友婚礼，妈妈老公还有楼下的孕妇，一起去教堂。婚礼神圣，气氛良好。仪式
结束后，Toast 上，大盘吃水果蔬菜，觉得有分泌物，找厕所，一看，见红！看看表，
4:00PM, 马上驱车往医院赶，路上给OB打电话，17分钟没回，再打，Dr. G 回电话，说
少量bleeding 没事回家，如果bleeding 月经量大，再打电话。
回家，洗澡洗头休息，见红不停，再打电话给OB, Dr. G说去医院。赶至医院，胎心正
常，RN看内裤，说不是bleeding ,是Spotting, 内检，开一指，pos |

advice i have from lots of internet research is:
1. where is the clot? is it close to placenta? if yes, it's probably
subchorionic hemorrhage
2. drink lots of water
3. bed rest, 2 weeks after each bright red bleeding episode
4. baby aspirin, may have some risks though especially in the last trimester.
also don't take aspirin if you are bleeding currently. but when the bleed is
brown, you can take aspirin

of test is necessary.
I have a bleeding and then got a blood test. It says my 黄体酮 is 10 and the
normal value is 20. Then I get a prescribed medcine. After 3 pills, the
bleeding stops.
But be sure to ask the OB's suggestion before you take any medcine when you
are pregnant. |

reddish color or it has foul smell, it is not nromal during this period.
how much? there is a way to count the amount by using a pad. If the 恶露 on
the pad is between 10 and 15 cm, it is moderate. If the 恶露 on the pad is
saturated in 1 hour, it is heavy.
are you sure it is 恶露 not bleeding? it is ok if it is a sudden and short
bleeding at day 7-14 after birth because it may be caused by eschar sloughs.

说说我的情况，给lz参考。
我现在12 Weeks。4/5 weeks时出现spotting，断断续续，很少量，深褐色的，当时查
孕酮32。
到 8weeks时，突然bleeding，鲜红血，懵了，做了B超没问题，查孕酮31，孕酮在三四
个星期内完全没涨；但OB说也正常，不过还是给我开了口服的孕酮，让我每天吃一粒。
到9/10weeks时，又突然bleeding，鲜红血，还有大的血块流来下，做了B超没问题（但
没查孕酮），OB让我口服孕酮每天吃两粒。之后好了，吃了两个半星期的每天两粒，减
为每天一粒吃了半个星期。
然后到11/12weeks，去B超都好，OB说胎盘、心跳都很好，孕酮可以停了（没查孕酮）
。结果B超完两天，又突然bleeding，鲜红血，（只一个晚上没吃孕酮啊）；又B超没看
出啥，OB建议再继续吃点儿孕酮（我自己理解为慢慢减药量）。
我觉得很无奈，不明白我家宝在搞啥。三两个星期就给我来一次，我的神经刚舒暖了，
Ta又闹幺蛾子。
我瞎猜的：每个人体质不一样，个体差异很大，有的人也许孕酮值不用很高，也能让胎

She specifically mentioned the importance of full strength aspirin to
prevent another stroke for stroke patient with low bleeding risk.
LZ's doctor also prescribed 325 mg aspirin.
I agree that aspirin and warfarin together highly increase bleeding risk.
But I don't see the high bleeding risk for LZ's case and the reason why
should not use full dose aspirin.

bleeding event vs. stroke.

I don't know if it will help. But anyway, in her case I will not start OAC.
Any uncorrectable conditions predisposing pt to bleed are
