正处於毕业后和上班前的真空期)，所以一开始也非常焦虑担心。
后来询问了family planning associates的价格，surgery是$350, medical
abortion是$450.因为我的孕期在49天以内，也为了对我身体的伤害减少到最小的程度，
就选择了medical. 我们觉得这个价格即使自费也还是可以承受的。
整个药流过程需要三天，第一天你必须在医生面前吃下第一片mifepristone，48小时后in
sert 4 peices of misoprostol (800 ml) into vagina.一个多小时以后就开始heavy
bleeding.没有传说中的那么疼，就跟轻微痛经时的感觉差不多。bleeding开始几个小时
后早孕反应基本完全消失。除了第一第二天外，以后的流血量开始趋于缓和，大约跟月经
第三第四天差不多，但是偶尔也会有反复。
两个星期以后去clinic做复查，vagina ultrasound和urine test,医生告诉我已经pas |

我今年28周岁，正怀着第一个宝宝，和老公终于盼到19周半做大B超（本来schedule的
18周半，可是老公临时要out of town，只好延期一周）。
开始一切都很正常，当知道了是男宝，老公几乎喜极而泣。直到最后差不多做完了，大
夫进来问我有没有bleeding，我说从来没有，然后大夫一脸阴郁的告诉我，B超发现了
fetus有bright bowel，如果不是bleeding造成的话，那么就大大提高了唐氏综合征的
可能。本来我的唐筛概论是1/1600，现在变成1/240了，成了高危人群。还说如果不是
DS，还有可能是cystic fibrosis，好像也是一定要堕胎的genetic disease。我回来查
了一下中文网页，好像risk远不只1/240那么小，中文网页上说有10％－12％的bright
bowel是DS。
当时立刻选择了做羊穿，但是要过两个星期才知道结果。我很担心真的是DS的话，就不
能生这个宝宝了，现在摸着已经不小了的肚子就想流眼泪。
jms有知道相关信息或者有相关经历的么？能不能告诉我概率是不是真的有10％－12％
那么大？ |

是谁值班就是谁，早点见过生得时候心里反而舒服些，我勉强同意了。在经历了若干次
检查后，在看了group大多数医生后（有八九个总共），我发现总体来说还是男的技术
高一些（也许只是这个group是这样）。如同前面有人说的，女医生做内检时我鬼哭狼
嚎的，疼得要命。过后还要bleeding。男医生就很利索，基本感觉不到任何不适，也没
bleeding。虽然和男医生交流比较少，但是有问必答，简洁明了。到了最后几周我因为
内检怕疼每次都看男医生了。

7月4日国庆日，逛mall，bbq，逛海滩看烟花。

然后7点多就成了15分钟一次，10点多7-8分钟一次，每次一宫缩就跑去厕所用力，拉粑

到12点左右的时候，已经是2-3分钟一次，还没缓过来就开始下一个，还是照旧去厕所
蹲着用力，发现plug掉了，就是褐红色的血块，没仔细看，反正陆陆续续掉了好些。疼
的在厕所大声喊叫，估计邻居被吓倒了。
当时当机立断去洗头洗澡，不敢吃solid food，只喝了一杯牛奶。
宝宝爸完全手足无措，没有想到宝宝会提前来。有些恍惚，被我命令把产宝拎上车，洗
澡完就去了医院。到了医院疼的死去活来，被推车推上二楼，手续也没有办。
到了医院一查，开了7-8指了，要求上epidual，没啥paper要弄。
上完之后没有那么疼了，等了一个多小时开了9指，最后一指一直没有怎么开。

我的情况是身体巨好，月经巨准，备孕了两个月就怀上宝宝了，所以一直很乐观。
两天前晚饭过后我坐着上网，大概三个多小时没去卫生间，没有觉得肚子有任何疼痛，
11点多的时候去卫生间，去之前还隐约觉得今天分泌物可真多啊，结果到了看到护垫上
内裤上全是鲜血，有的已经干了，貌似已经慢慢的流了一段时间了。我当时就傻了，这
么多鲜血，第一感觉就是宝宝出事了。
赶紧给ob的护士打电话，没人接。于是就和老公立刻开车去了er。

No exam is necessary if it only happens once. What your OB doctor did is
correct.
If you are really worry about next pregnancy, just start your prenatal care
ASAP. But general speaking, no bleeding, no extra office visit. If you have
any vaginal bleeding, just go to ER.
Don't take any aspirin without your OB recommendation. General speaking, it

个对于胎儿没什么影响的，生完了做个小手术扯掉就行。
这个小息肉是OB做PAP SMEAR才发现的，太小了以前检查都没发现。
我听OB说胎盘移动也可能造成SPOTTING或BLEEDING，但应该影响不大。尽量休息好就行。
如果MM看OB 一切正常的话，那就应该没问题，不要担心. |

好回家。慢慢的我又有了痛感，于是加大了两次epidural的量。不过我并没有完全屏蔽
掉痛感，因为知道生的时候有点感觉更容易push, 所以就把麻药控制在可忍受的疼痛状
态，用呼吸法调节痛感。到了9点时，下腹部压力越来越大，开始有要push的感觉。一
检查居然已经开到10指了，不过盆骨还没完全打开，宝宝的头卡在后面。OB嘱咐我先
labor down一会儿，希望宝宝自己能再降下来一点。9点30分，黑大妈护士M.J. 推了个
车进来，我知道最后的时刻到了。上了麻药后好好休息了3个多小时，我已经储备好了
足够的体力迅速结束战斗。
虽然学习了生孩子的DVD, 但是还是忘了push的时候是这么个耗体力的姿势。难以想像
那些不上麻药的妈妈，经过十几个小时的折磨，怎么还能有体力把孩子push出来。我很
庆幸自己坚决不做烈士的指导方针，还没太受折磨就上了epidural, 现在才能有足够的
体力。M.J.告诉我头胎有可能要push三个钟头。我的头一两个push不得要领，到第三个

现在终于出院了。在此写份产经和在NICU的经历，给早产的妈妈们做个参考。
35周+1天：那天中饭前发现bleeding，下午2点到医院内检两指了，宫缩511。4点OB到的时候已
经4指了，人工破水。7点上Epidural，8点开5指。护士加了那种加速宫缩的IV，预计一小时开一指
应该凌晨3、4点可以生。而实际上10点就10指了，开始Push的过程。
35周+2天：凌晨1点宝宝出生，5磅6盎司。APGAR score一分钟和五分钟均为9分。
经验就是发现任何异常，保险如果比较不错的话，尽量去医院检查一下。我在怀孕期间是挺顺利的，
没出现过bleeding的现象。
我们一开始对于早产并没有很重视，因为宝宝出生的时候长的挺饱满的，体重也不算轻。所有人都觉
得长得不像早产儿，包括OB都觉得应该会正常时间出院。但是从一开始，医院的新生儿医生和护士就
一直说要呆一到两周，我们以为只要表现好，一周肯定也出院了，没想到居然折腾了16天这么久，宝

可是发现胎盘前置，完全性的。B超技师当时说没有BLEEDING就没有问题，很有可能后
期会MOVE开不需要C SECTION。周六刚见了OB，医生说MOVE的可能不大，C SECTION很可
能。这个医生每次都是往坏了说，倒也不奇怪。COPY了一份报告回来（我们的习惯是每
次检查的结果都要求一份COPY自己保存），网上RESEARCH一下，大多谈的是32周以后的
情况。好像完全前置还比较少见，但是影响较坏，导致C SECTION是一个，另外导致胎
儿营养跟上差些。现在我们的情况是完全没有BLEEDING这种不好迹象，REPORT上胎儿的
指标都相当好，不过这个前置问题还是挺闹心，担心LP生产受更多苦。
想问的是我们这才20周的前置，到后期会MOVE开吗？概率多大？这里有没有类似的例子
参考下(我想这和很多其他东西一样种族差异较大，毕竟这里大家都是生理饮食相近的

我是由部分前置变成完全前置，本来约了37周5天C，结果36周5天的时候bleeding，立
刻去了医院，一个小时后宝宝出世。
我自己现在想想有几点怀孕期间和手术时是一定要注意的问题。
1，禁止任何除慢走之外的一切活动，这个OB一定会讲。从20周开始，连下蹲捡地上的
东西，老公都给我杜绝了。弯腰就更加被老公杜绝。
2，多多的喝水，keep Hydrated 防止早期假宫缩，从而避免拉扯胎盘导致流血。
3，34周以后能卧床休息，尽量卧床休息。连稍长距离的慢走都省了。因为这个时候胎
儿大了，bleeding的几率也大了。

妈背部的位置。这个会影响C时的程序。如果在宝宝后面靠近妈妈背部的位置，那么在
取出宝宝之前不用移动胎盘的位置。我是胎盘前置里面的这种情况。就是post
complete placenta previa。那个post是告诉我说的这个信息的。如果是另一种情况，
OB跟你们讨论的。或者在手术之前，自己要问清楚。

更新一下：
今天又去医院检查了，（离上次检查48小时），直接抽血验尿。等待过程中做了b超，
医生说没看到任何东西在子宫，验血结果显示，前天我的荷尔蒙指数还在2000左右，如
果正常怀孕，48小时后应该翻倍变成4000左右。今天的结果显示，只有300。 表示怀孕
可能中止，我的bleeding 是miscarriage. :(
医生让我再过2天重新检查，用来确诊。
btw,回家的路上去了walmart,觉得有heavy bleeding，去洗手间，看到一团组织滑出来
，怀疑是胚胎。我很想睁大眼睛看仔细，自动抽水马桶唰地一声冲走了。
