Not sure what your burning sensation means. If it is bloody blister, it is
not really something to worry. You will build you skin tough gradually.

went down to 7:00 in 3 miles. Then I started the tempo run at 6:40 and went
down to 6:18 six miles later.

Marathon pace run。

开跑前问了一下身后的西裔小伙子,what time are you going to run,
他反问,how many miles is 5k?
minutes。
time to have fun。

Did another one run stationary bike tonight, for 22 miles, followed by one hour walking at 15%, for over 2770 ft elevation gain. I even got a blister from walking because my socks were soaked - something to watch out for in an ultra - never let sweat get into your socks. |

2/21 Pasadena Half Marathon,1:27:35(debut PR),

Alan Webb's warm up is freakish(ly fast). Though, he didn't do well and
faded in the last couple laps. It was awesome to witness a sub 4 mile for

your body. Actually your muscles must be sore after race and you may suffer
from side stitch, blisters or whatever in the race. Physically it may not be
comfortable at all.
But racing is still fun because mentally you feel like making a big
accomplishment when finished. Personally, I really enjoy the moment right
before a race while all runners are waiting for flying off.
