的, 剩下别的方法, 误差都很大的. 即使有的是医生测量的, 也不尽准确.
从你的BMI上来看, 你体重是正常范围的. 但是BODY FAT, 有点怀疑数据的准确性.正常
女性BF通常在25%-28%之间, 13.8%几乎是女性的临界值. 如果女性脂肪总量少于体
重的17％以上，就会影响性器官的发育，推迟月经初潮来临和性成熟的年龄。16岁以上
的女子要维持正常的月经周期和怀孕、哺乳等生育能力，体内脂肪含量必须超过体重的
20％~22％。
大部分女性专业运动员的话, BODY FAT大约是15-17%之间.
所以我个人感觉, 你别担心了, 吃好喝好等着宝宝来吧.

怀孕之前BMI勉强18, 一个星期锻炼六天(我跑半马的), 有6 PACK(不过现在光荣的就勉

一直是F1签证。
从J1转到F1签证，还在同一个program,但是F后就没有treaty了。 因为拿F签证时没有
满足residence of china for tax purpose的测试， bods fide residence test.

Originally from Taiwan, I have lived in US for more than two decades. I am a
man, never married.
My advice to you:
(1) Don't talk about Tibet. I have not seen an American who is not
sympathetic about Tibet--many of them feels strongly, actually--even
passionately.
