我姑父就是赤脚医生，擅长给男人结扎和妇女上环。同时也是阉猪的。他只会这三个手

中国人口增长，和美国二战后的baby boom其实是一回事。汤阴比早就预测过。而且这
个baby boom最多持续30到40年，（美国是持续了20多年，然后靠移民维持人口），也

Pedy附近的Arckaringa Basin下面大概有35亿到2330亿桶的原油。
Linc的高层管理人员Peter Bond表示，如果按最高点算，这应该比澳大利亚境内现存的
全部原油“还高几倍”。
国家能源发展部的部长Tom Koutsantonis表示，南澳的能源产业有着很美好的前景。他
还表示：“页岩油和页岩气将会成为报账澳大利亚能源安全的关键。”
公司目前准备启动最高多6个水平井（horizontal well）来确定这个数字是否属实，但
是Bond对于最终的结果很有信心。
如果这个项目真正启动的话，那么需要以孟买模式的管线开始工作。
Bond说，这个发现很有可能会让南澳发生“美国式”的页岩油大爆发。
WSJ上周曾报道，美国很可能凭借页岩油的开采成为世界第一的原油输出国。
页岩油的开采需要在页岩上先水平钻，然后垂直钻超过1千米的距离。

我个人观察和理解，那段困难时期和美国30年代大萧条，二战中的英国类似。
很多人营养不良。对老年患者和重病患者的医疗能力也相对低下，造成一些非正常死亡
（崔教授的父母就是例子）。过了以后就是baby boom，不过美国后来有个二战，经历
又有区别。战后才是真正的baby boom。
美国国家地理频道有个节目，中文翻译为《铁路人生》，说当时美国有三分之一的青少
年因为没饭吃被家庭抛弃（美国多半的家庭观念比较弱）。
还有人回忆当年，青少年结成小团伙，沿着铁路流浪，到处找吃的，还打架互相抢，好
在美国地大物博。
罗斯福新政出来后要好很多了。
那段苦难，在中国的20世纪，根本不算事。可以说，从整体看，49年以前是地狱，49年
以后就近似天堂了。
当然，人类总是健忘的。个人记忆都常有扭曲和不真实，何况集体记忆呢。

芬兰人治世的一个原则叫tasa-arvoinen。 对应的英文是 egalitarian，中文大概叫劫
富济贫更形象些。长久以来，这个原则的影响已经覆盖了芬兰社会的方方面面。日常生
活中，个税税率的差异自不必说， 就连公立幼儿园的收费都是跟家庭收入挂钩。 同一
个幼儿园里，小朋友的月费可能会差个百八十欧的， 原因就是爹妈的工资高低不同，
