sharebuilder同属一家公司，相互之间赚钱可以瞬时到帐。
sharebuilder的投资方式和其他的online brokerage不同
1）可以买卖非整数股票
2）分两种方式买：automatic和realtime的。automatic是在每周二固定买一定数量的
股票，手续费2块钱，网上有各种promo code可以免掉这个手续费。real time的交易时
间没有限制，手续费大概10块钱吧。卖股票不管什么时候一律算realtime transaction
.针对realtime的promo code非常稀少。
这种方式背后的理念是所谓的dollar averaging,任何投资书上面都会讲到。

申请ua开是新帐号，必须是你以前没有过fidelity的brokerage或cash account.。如果
你同时开通这两个帐号，据说fund到brokerage或者cash account 都可以。为了保险起
见，我打算存到brokerage里面。
Delta可以fund现有的帐号，你有多少个帐号都不影响。你可以用cycle UA的哪个帐号
注册一下就行，可以利用之前的存款，不用再重新cycle。这个主要是利用电脑系统，
它不监测你这个帐号已是否经注册过ua了，所以不能联系人工系统，否则会被人发现。 |

唯一疑惑的是是否必须用brokerage account而不能用cash account(checking, saving
). 因为所有的offer都说要fund a brokerage account。但是我用cash account拿到了
delta的点数。
如果cash account不行的话，以后注册的人可以吸取教训，记得用brokerage account。

IRA账户，每年只能转5000。所以还专门开了个CASH MANAGEMENT ACCT.结果转了钱去
cash management account,没想到收到fidelity的信说，Unfortunately, our records

debit 连接的是cash 帐户，在atm显示是在checking 帐户取钱，所以应该没有费用。
我的两个疑问；
首先，是不是大家利用debit取cash帐户，在atm显示都是余额为0？银行的人告我是这
样。
其次，我在网上似乎也可以把我brokerage 帐户也加进这张卡，虽然卡的名字是cash
management，然后就可以在brokerage 帐户取钱？atm显示是saving帐户? |

check card的要求，需要至少5000刀。
其实，即使只开brokerage账户，不需要这个gold check card，brokerage账户应该也
不用满足这个5000刀的要求。
anyway，你需要的其实是只和cash management account关联的ATM/debit card，和你
说的这些都没有关系。你可以问下他们能不能办。 |

刚开始投资股票，在网上研究了一下，选了Optionshouse，因为commission fee比较低
，用了一段时间，发现有些问题，sell order所得的钱不能马上用来买股票，要等至少
一天或几天才能算到buying power里面，感觉不是很方便，尤其是股票跌的时候。。。
还有premarket只有一个半小时，afterhour是一个小时，不知道大牛们都用什么

I posted the rules related to your questions. The problem for you is how to
identify the excess contribution.
If you contributed 5K(assume 1k overcontributed), due to loss, the
account balance is only 2K. How much excess contribution will the brokerage
return to you? If the brokerage return 1K to you, then the loss will stay will Roth IRA and you cannot claim and deduction.
It depends on how your brokerage will return the excess contribution to you and how much. |

major exchanges and to make sure each trade is billed correctly if not

如果一个有一个没有mortgage contingency，别的条件等同，当然优先考虑没有贷款条
件的。
同样没有mortgage contingency，优先考虑show bank/brokerage account的。（
bidding war升温了）
最后如果大家都是all cash offer（可见bidding war惨烈到何种程度），优先考虑全
cash在bank，没有brokerage的。。。 （brokerage如果要细说，stock > mutual fund
）。

UPS和fedex都收brokerage fee的。跟海关工作人员无关。跟fedex自己也没关系，是中
介费。
海关人员不能说个个都查，所以broker把小件商品变成大宗商品，一次过。
就是这个钱的来历了。

fedex和UPS都没含
USPS的brokerage fee是flat $7
fedex和ups，挡位是
