its second recession since 2009 in the third quarter despite modest growth
in Germany and France, data showed on Thursday.

年女性，站在车位上，一辆我们后面突然冒出来的车居然要抢进去！
我质问开车的男性，凭什么我们等了这么久你们要抢在前面，对方说，原来趴在这里的
车主答应他了。我不知道他何时和车主完成这项交易，但是从车主倒完车就走这点看，
所谓的答应最多是人家在停车场半路上他问过别人是不是要走之类；而且这里是公共停
车场，原车主又不拥有这里的车位，有什么资格转让。可是车主的老婆居然就这样站在

一个朋友，之前回国的时候发现国内的家具好看又比美国便宜，就买了家里的全套家具
走集装箱运过来。当时是委托给了上海一家进出口贸易公司全权负责运输和清关，他们
建议把家具当成旧家具来申报，可以免税，所以当时申报的总价是不到$3000, 然后朋
友也没有买保险（我也想不明白她为什么不买保险）。家具运到家后拆包发现毁坏严重
，除了软的沙发还能用以外，其他基本无法使用，马上拍了照片，负责搬运的工人也打
电话给公司报告了毁坏情况。
然后就是联系美国这边的代理索赔，他们要我朋友写了份报告申请赔付。然后就是漫长
的讨价还价过程，其中知道了一些信息，家具到纽约港以后都是好的，毁坏是发生在港
口到仓库的过程，涉及的公司有美国这边的进出口贸易公司，以及搬运公司。但是几个
月过去了，朋友一直没有收到赔款支票，打电话过去问，他们说我朋友没有购买保险，
只给赔$500。

谷物40%是rye，10%soybean，10%black bean，10%quinoa，剩下30%是其他所有能买到

早餐通常是一天用half cup的谷物加一把黑芝麻一颗date打成浆喝掉，隔天就是一颗苹
果，1/4颗凤梨，1 cup kale，半个beet root，一把chia seeds，有时加核桃，纯可可
粉，打成浆整个喝掉。
中午一定是salad，都是比较扎实的蔬菜比如brussel sprout，radish，mushroom，加

世界上的东西都没那么简单，不能简单的划成好与坏，健康与不健康，这又是一个例子
：十字花科的蔬菜，虽然有抗癌等多种好处，吃多了（尤其是生吃）容易甲减。
包括 kale, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, Brussels sprouts and collard
greens。
flax，almonds，strawberries, soy, peaches, peanuts, corn, radishes, rutabaga
and spinach 也不能吃多了。
当然，问题在于吃＂多＂了，一周吃几份问题不大，但是天天吃，一吃一大杯就可能会
影响甲状腺。
除了适量以外，还需要注意：
1. 十字花科蔬菜需要弄熟了吃

行车到park转了三圈，可能因为有上坡下坡，还挺累的。因为有较严重的plantar
fasciitis，不能从事跑步等活动。
周四：晚饭又是煮鸡胸肉加蔬菜。因为还有一包鸡胸肉，估计下周晚饭还是以此为止，
之后要考虑换个花样，要不然可能真要吐了。锻炼：器械1小时。体重：117 （有这么
快吗？？）
周五：晚饭吃得少量米饭加炒菜。锻炼：又去骑自行车了。
周六（今天）：晚饭2个salmon roll + boiled carrot/brussels sprout。锻炼：游泳
35分钟。正在努力自学自由泳。。。在这个gym的秤上量的体重跟器械那个gym的体重不
太一样，还是以另外那个gym的秤为准吧。。。 |

The captain of a Continental Airlines flight en route from Brussels to
Newark died during the trip, but the flight landed safely with two co-pilots

到amsterdam火车站买就好了。当时赶上一个daily pass的deal，在荷兰境内29欧可以2
个人1天内无限制坐火车。到火车站买票的时候把这个daily pass给卖票的人看，他们
会帮你补上从荷兰边境到brussels的那段，挺划算的。但是这个daily pass不是什么时
候都有。 |

巴黎有迪斯尼，你家小朋友如果喜欢倒不错。
5）Brussels，开车1小时，当天来回。
个人不喜欢Brussels，还不如去Bruges。你们离Bruges应该也不远，这个地方适合当天
来回，景色也还是蛮不错的。
6）Amsterdam，开车1小时，当天来回。
很喜欢Amsterdam，但是当天来回感觉时间不太够。去的话给小朋友推荐Zoo。 |

游记，但今天从挪威首都奥斯陆开车到alesund, 之前看照片上就觉得这个城市很不错
，到了以后，开到那个Fjellstoua viewpoint. flight ticket to brussels, over $
1000, driving from brussels to alesund, over 2000 miles, seeing the view in
person, priceless!!!
借着这个帖子简单谈谈这几天在欧洲玩的感受,
1.比 利时-布鲁塞尔一般般了，就是几个建筑物，还有那个小孩撒尿， 布鲁日因为有
canal, 景色真的很赞！不过比利时和荷兰开车真的是噩梦，小破路窄就一个字，
downtown趴车也是headache headache, bruges居然还是2 hr max. 摄像头也是满大街
都是，弄得路上的司机把黄灯当成红灯对待，老天保佑这次不要再拿ticket, 再给欧洲
政府贡献GDP...

我第一次去欧洲，本来是打算Amsterdam -> Brussels -> Paris的，结果铁路工人大罢
工，我们只好在Amsterdam又等了两天，拖着行李找酒店。。。后来通车了就决定不去
Brussels了，一口气坐到巴黎去 |

墨西哥辣椒（包装上说Dec -March), 继续种小白菜，onion (seeds),
再多种cauliflower, broccoli, Brussels sprouts

协会最近有个名单，只有名单上合格的学校才有认证资格，才可以在德州做住院医。他
给我的名单上中国无一所医学院校合格。请看附件。按此类推，我们就全部无法申请德
州的program了。请大家核实并求助。
