有很多道德感是法律的来源，人应该有基本的尊严，对生命应该有基本的尊重，新闻媒

美国警察确实也有police brutality，但是一般来说美国警察本身权力大，他怀疑你了
是从他个人经验出发或者如果他侵害你，也是为了满足或者发泄个人欲望。很少见过官
员、议员、大法官招摇过市不让照相的，奥巴马还差不多，图森被枪杀的女议员竟然半
点架子没有的在Safeway外面摆个摊和选民见面，要不也不可能被枪杀
中国特色是打手多，也就是说一批无缘无故先把你往死里打的城管和警察居多，这类人
虽然显得比官员蛮横一百倍，但是他们根本不是权力核心，官员才有真正的权力
所以说一有民怨了，中国政府、官员往往要比美国政府态度软化一百倍，立刻高度重视
，但是实际上做的事情只有一件：惩办打手，放走领导
总结起来，美国是时而蛮横的执法者和时而作秀亲和的官员，两者独立；中国是黑帮打
