隶属美国海军第三舰队的斯泰雷特号导弹驱逐舰(USS Sterett)6月12日（星期一）抵达
中国海军南海舰队总部所在地湛江军港，计划跟中国海军展开体育比赛、登舰互访、社
区活动和指挥官会谈等一系列交流项目。
这是自中国三艘军舰去年访问加州圣迭戈市美国海军第三舰队总部以来，两国海军之间

call from an administrator at the hospital who asked me if I wanted to come
and visit today. (which is unfortunate since I DO have a job!) but we set a
date for Weds. to visit, since I missed the ONLY real visitation on Sunday.
So, I am guessing that Chris put the fear into them! Isn't it fantastic

的英雄，他们都曾指挥万马千军，但他们原本都是读书人：
一位是唐朝的颜真卿，后世人都知道他是大诗人，大书法家，书法绝妙，词翰超伦，可
当安禄山起兵叛乱时，他立刻披挂战袍上阵，曾率20万军平叛，当时的皇帝唐玄宗曾赞
叹说：黄河以北二十四郡，只有颜真卿一位忠臣！
另一位是宋朝的文天祥，一位文武双全、英名盖世的天下奇才，被后人称为“状元中的
状元”。他一身正气，为国家社稷殒身不恤、九死不悔，真做到了“人生自古谁无死，
留取丹心照汗青”，名垂万古。
回望历史，我们常常为这些忠臣义士所感动激励，但有时就在我们现实身边发生的同样
了不起人和事，我们却没有及时给予应有的重视。

美国证券交易委员会（SEC）最近开启了全力打击庞氏骗局的模式。短短三天之中，这
家联邦监管机构就针对三起庞氏骗局案提起诉讼，涉及金额近7亿美元。

一七八九年，法國大革命爆發。
法王無道，官吏濫權，商人貪婪，貧富極端。人民走投無路，只好揭竿而起。可稱造反
有理。
但四年後，社會依然不平等，人民依然貧窮。那年六月廿五日他們發表「憤怒宣言」（
Le Manifeste des Enrages）。
三個月後，一年的「大恐怖」（La Grande Terreur）降臨。一萬六千人命喪斷頭台，
加上其他方式處決的，共死亡四萬多人。其中工農平民占七十二趴，中產階級（包括革
命同志）十四趴，教士六趴，而貴族只占八趴！
「變調的自由是最殘忍的兇暴」。正如台大教授張文亮所說。
