我的看法基本上可以概括如下:
1) 由于partnership已经搞定, 短期内没有噱头了.
2) Biotech最近总体走的不好.
3) VNDA今后的看点在于销售量, 可能要一年, 至少两,三个季度才能看出点端倪, 由于
Novartis自己也有药在市场上, 它对于Fanapt的销售倒底会持什么样的态度, 我猜不出
来. 有兴趣的同志自己可以去查一下Novartis的药的专利到期时间 (2016年).
4) Fanapt的注射版出来之前可以考虑一搞.

基金

当中国人的全部兴奋点自主或者不自主地放在十九大的权斗、人事布局上，其实与民生
关系更深的经济政策已经悄悄拨转船头，中国民营企业担心了好几年的“公私合营”成
为现实：中国联通于8月16日公布了规模高达780亿元的混改（国有、私有共同持股的混
合所有制）方案，令人瞩目的是BATJ等中国几大互联网公司悉数参与，每家投入几十亿
至百亿的资金入股中国联通，实现了中国政府2015版国企改革方案的梦想：将民营资本
吸纳进了国有企业，但又不让民企有话事权。人们惊呼新一轮公私合营开始，习近平想
回到毛泽东时代。
中国自改革以来，经济中的公私关系真是篇大文章，有必要回顾，以便弄清楚中国的共
