前两天刚陪老爹老妈在detroit搞到加拿大的旅游签证，把其中
一点过程记录一下，以利来者。
尽管申请签证可通过邮寄材料或dropin材料的方式来避免排队等候，
但相对较慢，一般要三周才能拿到，而且把护照,I20邮寄出去毕竟
不太放心，所以我们是直接去使馆(walk in)申请，这样当天就可拿
到签证。使馆是周一至周五办公，8:30am-11:00am接待walkin申请。

news as he has.
Neither you nor your boss was witness to the accident. It's hard to judge
whether all 18 of them actually knew the girl was hit by the two vans.

你说的“这种情况真的打个电话，拦一下过往的车辆就会死吗？”是不会死，但是过正
常日子和死之间有很大的空间。他们想的是自己有可能会被讹诈，有可能会被定罪被罚
巨款，自己本身就不富裕而且上有老下有小承受不了可能的risk；或者他们想的是别人
可能早就已经打了电话了（注意，他们没有看到的视频，不知道整个过程）；或者就是
简单的bystander's effect，这是有统计数据支持的普遍现象。我不是说这些人的想法
是值得推崇的，只是想从深层次去分析他们，理解他们为什么会这么做，为什么不是一

第一个肇事司机应该以故意杀人和肇事逃逸严惩。但那些“冷漠”的路人，我觉得是可
以理解的。道理和老人摔倒没人敢扶是一样的。
其实大家之所以感到非常气愤，是因为这个新闻先让你知道了小女孩是被车碾过的。而
那20多个“冷漠”的路人，他们当时并不知道（小女孩被车碾过后，虽然受很严重的内
伤，但外表不一定看得出来，除非直接被碾爆头部）。特别是“小女孩不停地挥动着两
只小手”，其实两岁的小孩躺在地上玩耍是常有的事（我儿子也是如此）。
我相信，如果那20多个路人当时已经知道小女孩是被车碾压的，他们会出手帮助的。因
为这种情况是说的清楚的——被汽车碾压的还是被步行的行人撞的，医生或公安局法医
很容易判断出来。
最没有人性的，是小女孩的父母，居然把一个两岁多的小孩放在一个车来车往的货物市

假设父母功课作的好，kiddo回来对学校发生的bully 事件滔滔不绝
而你发现，在这次（或多次）bully事件中，你娃是个旁观者
既没有去bully 也没有被bully
在讨论过为什么bully是可耻行为之后，家长需不需要引导kiddo帮助弱者?
我个人认为很需要，比如可以口头上支持，
“bully,run!"
"stop! you are hurting him"
俺觉着，kiddo's还小的时候比较有正义感，有一个带头喊了，大多数情况下，其他的
kiddo会跟进。
鉴于有bully心态的人，今天可以欺负这个，明天有看不上另一个
bystander 其实就是potential 被欺负的人
帮助别人也就是在帮助自己
做父母的，要鼓励孩子用适龄适度的方式见义勇为
要做他们的后盾，让他们有足够的勇气有这种正义感，责任感 |

前言：网上流传颇广的版本是王亚伟在北大的演讲，事实上王亚伟是清华毕业的。此演
讲为李国飞。
今天很高兴有机会能和北大的年轻校友们一起探讨投资的一些理论。
我对投资理论研究一直就很有兴趣。95年进入这个行业，从操盘手到基金经理到出来
自己做，感触和体会还是很多的。
投资是项很辛苦和很寂寞的工作。投资体系庞大而且复杂，就象一座很大的森林，我
们要耗用一生去研究它，会发现有很多值得探索的东西。很多年以来我都这么做，持续
思考，但一直没有做系统性的总结。所以今天我也感谢大家给我这个机会，让我全面的
反思一下投资的一些重大领域的理论框架。
今天的讲座，我的想法是和大家交流一些东西，而不是我要教导大家什么东西。今天
的分析框架分四个部分：宏观经济、股市波动性、公司经营和公司估值。在投资这座森
林里，这四个分支是比较重要的，对每一个分支我们都需要花很多心力去研究。以我认
为，投资就是要不断建立一些理论框架，并在情况发生改变后有勇气不断打破它而重建
。我们看巴菲特、费雪等大师，都有非常清晰的理论体系，操作背后都有一套投资哲学
