measure the size and give information to their designer. they will design
for you for free. Quite impressive. All the cabinets are real wood, not fake
wood. High quality.
you can return the extra unused parts. they tell you you cannot return, but
you can, because it is through costco. they have to accept the return by

象薄的瓷砖，但是似乎是塑料一样的东西，牢牢地贴在隔板上，很不容易出去。拿刀子
撬，能一点一点地撬掉，但是进度极慢，而且隔板上还留下一层粘粘的胶。请教大家指
点如何去除，多谢！ |

顺便推荐一下我的这家店，他家有些东西是竞投来的， 象TILE啦， 不过CABINETS是
DEALER， 从厂家定了运过来。。。 感觉同等价位的东西比VA的UNITED STONE高档点。
。 我看上的是MAPLE和BIRCH的（混合木头？？）， UNITED STONE的是BEECH的， 可能
这个也有关系。。。 不过UNITED STONE的人说的实木的橱柜的门一定是一条条的木头
拼起来的， 这个考核BLUE STAR的橱柜倒是过了。。。而且BLUE STAR的还是FULL
OVERLAY的，SOFT CLOSING， 听说也是好一点的橱柜才有。。。

深色比较classical 一点，浅色 more toward contemporary, 所以你要根据你的
style房间的装饰跟taste.
countertop 的 golden nugget 可能是最好的choice,neutral earth tone, 以后会跟你的家具颜色容易match. 第一个是最不好看的，千万别选。 |

甲醛这个，咱们自己没法量化，真不好说。。。
长实的柜子颜色比较均匀，看起来质量还不错，不过cherry shaker这款没有soft
close
剑锋柜子花样多些，有soft close,上下柜都是，但是整体做工麻麻的，抽屉感觉摇一
摇都要散架。他家本来价格比长实便宜的，加上soft close就跟长实差不多甚至更贵了。
红年五金也有，质量不咋样，抽屉木头不好，漆很容易就掉一样。
友力的american cherry 30%off，但是漆色深深浅浅很难看，而且店员很拽，有点店大
欺客的意思。
还有个前进橱柜，质量看上去还行，不过他家看我是自己去的没给我好好报价。还有个
cabinet tree在1724 Junction Avenue San Jose, CA 95112也有些选择。余氏没去过。
这些店让contractor带你去，折扣会比较多。
综合所有，我选了长实，柜子质量over soft close。一个东北姑娘特麻利，有了尺寸
两下就搞定,方案变来变去也不怕麻烦 |

起诉之前，专门给Armstrong Cabinets的客服发了邮件，同时抄送与我联系过的厂家相
关人等，希望对方能按承诺解决问题，否则告上法庭。但对方仍置之不理。眼看着一个
星期又一个星期过去了，我不得不给装修公司赔了一笔钱，因为合同上规定我供料不及
时，造成工程延误要赔钱。同时，我租的房子也没法按期搬出，多付了一笔房租，心里
真是又气又急。
于是，就摸索着找到了新泽西Bergen法庭的大门。交了22元的费用，填了两张表，简单
叙述了事由，又等了一个多月，终于开庭了。
一大早到法庭，那个TOM来了，还有厂家聘的律师。我自己代表自己，心想不是小额法
庭吗？简易程序，就不请律师算了。

We are using Contractor Mr. Fang Weibin to remodel kitchen and bathroom. On
the estimate sheet Mr. Fang gave us, the estimate of Cabinet is $3360 for 21
cabinets ( $160 per cabinet)but we decided to buy material ouself. He said
he could go with us to Chinese cabinet store so we can get contractor
discount. He took us to Pius Kitchen & Bath on Saturday. Then the worst

Cabinets），一下子掉到了一个大坑里，至今没爬上来。
我想我的教训不可谓不惨痛。今天写出来，给大家分享，也是让装修房子的华人同胞能够
吸取我的教训，不要陷入像我这样的困境。
（二）
我的经历的概要情况是：这套厨柜质量特别差，侧板和门变形、弯曲，板材低劣，装配
粗糙，用料和工艺都属低档，但价格特别高，总共4000多美元。后来找到厂家，厂家答
应退一部分钱，并且给我把有问题的橱柜给换了。但是，后来再无音信。打电话、写邮
