以前过年总是去那些有家有口的朋友家吃饭，今年决定叫些朋友一起来家里吃饭，不过
是计划在周六晚上提前进行，而不是正大年夜周日晚上。
提前一周买了春联贴在门上。照片在下面。
周五晚上烧了一锅茶鸡蛋，又泡了些木耳香菇之列的干货，把肉末，排骨等拿下来解冻
。周六早上本来想早起去海边的fish market买点鲜活的竹节虾，螃蟹等，结果天公不
作美，下雨就不会有人去卖东西了。幸好其中一个朋友去中国城有卖活的竹节虾买了4
磅回来，不然就没有竹节虾吃了。
周六早上出门去farmers’ market买了一些新鲜的蔬菜，像青葱，大白菜，生菜，西芹
，香菜，青江菜之类的在小镇每周一次的farmers’ market上都有出售，虽然价钱小贵
，但是十分新鲜，我还买了个带萝卜樱子的大白萝卜。又去COSTCO买点水果饮料还有
baby back rib，去老美的grocery买点调料，还买了一只全鸡（要是乌骨鸡就好了~~~
可惜是只美式催肥鸡）。
中午简单吃午饭就开始准备。过程比较冗长，简单列举一下。

美国有线电视新闻网(CNN)日前连续两晚报导农药对人体的毒害，在多吃蔬菜与水果有益
健康的观念驱动下，现代人也吃进不少农药与杀虫剂。非营利环保团体「环境工作团」
（Environmental WorkingGroup)指出，全美非有机栽种的12种蔬果，施打的农药与杀虫
剂多达67种。
名为「有毒的美国」（Toxic America）专题报导，由顾普塔医师（Sanjay Gupta）介绍
「环境工作团」取自联邦农业部以及食品与药物管理局（FDA）对近10万种蔬果的农药报
告，得出12种含农药最多的果蔬，以及农药最少的15种果蔬。
被称为Dirty Dozen的12种含农药最多果蔬，每食用一次可能吃进47至67种农药与杀虫剂
，由于它们多半皮薄，人体吸收的残馀农药也高，对身体不利。若食用这12种果蔬，建
议最好购买不施农药与杀虫剂的有机裁种（organic）产品，以降低风险，虽然其农药残
存量仍在联邦政府核淮之列。
