resection does not work in small cell carcinoma. Chemical therapy is highly
effective initially, and can extend survival for 1-2 years. However,

我妈起初是因为腹痛去的医院，后经检查大夫说是子宫肌瘤，所以做了手术，将子宫切
除了，在手术过程中发现阑尾也有病变，就一并切除了阑尾。但是将细胞拿来做病理切
片的时候，医生说已经发现了癌细胞。而具体是因为阑尾导致的，还是子宫肌瘤导致的
，还是卵巢导致没有分析出来。因为癌细胞扩散了！我想让你帮我的就是美国那边专业
治疗子宫癌症或者治疗癌症的医院能否解决。这个癌症被军医看后说是叫：粘液癌症（
或者叫粘液腺癌），我在百度查到的癌症英文名为Mucoid carcinoma or colloid
carcinoma。
帮我问下，只要能治，有办法，我们直接飞过去！
我问了问我的熟人，做了以下回复：

ER(+ ,85%)
PR(+ ,50%)
HER2(-)
病理会诊报告是：乳腺导管内癌（ductal carcinoma in situ，DCIS）及少许浸润性导
管癌（Infiltrating ductal carcinoma）
2009年5月份做的手术，2009年9月份完成了6六次化疗，之后开始吃Tamoxifen citrate
tablets（他莫西芬片），每天两片，每半年复查一次，并且每半年做一次
bioremediation（生物治疗）。
前几天体检，即在生理周期结束的第一天（黄体期）检查结果：Estradiol（雌二醇）
是257.43pg/ml,黄体期的参考范围是（22.4-256），国内的医生说，正常我吃

7月份b超是这样的，大家看看像不像恶性? 甲状腺双侧叶及峡部大小形体正常，被膜光
滑，腺体组织回声欠均匀，稍增粗，甲状腺左叶内见多处大小不等低等回声结节，较大
者位于腺体浅层，大小2.4*1.0cm,边界清晰。右叶中部深面似见0.7*0.4等回声结节，
边界欠清晰,CDFI上述结节周边可采集散在血流信号。左颌下见1.7*0.8淋巴结回声，左
颌下见2.1*0.9淋巴结回声。
8月份在国内另一家做的，想看一下那个大的变大没，没想到不同医院仪器不一样，没
法比较：甲状腺右叶1.79cm,峡部厚0.32cm,左叶厚1.89cm,实质回声增粗欠均，甲状腺
左叶可见中等回声结节，大小约2.36*1.15cm,边界尚清CDFI:期内可见血流信号显示，
左叶可见多个囊状回声及中强回声结节，较大者约1.1*1.0cm,甲状腺弥漫性改变。国内
这两个看着也不一样.

治疗方案为新辅助放化疗 （neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy）+手术治疗（operation
）。
2013-10下旬开始给予患者局部放射治疗（radiotherapy），42天，同时口服希罗达（
卡培他滨 Capecitabine）化疗，后改替吉奥（S-1 japan）口服治疗，然后休息6周。

首先祝福全家，勇敢面对。The course is challenging but I believe your wife
definitely can go through, with the whole family's support. The management
of side effects of chemo makes it more tolerable now.
Wait for the pathological report first. Certain type breast cancer, such as
mucinous adenocarcinoma, has a better prognosis as it is less aggressive and
responding to chemo well.

These alterations are found at high frequencies (up to or greater than 90%)
in rare cancer types (secretory breast carcinoma, mammary analogue secretory
carcinoma, cellular or mixed congenital mesoblastic nephroma and infantile

也就是说，这些癌症90%以上都有这种突变。一种药能治这一堆癌症已经足够好了。

spayed情况不一样，具体数据不清楚
当然这个因狗而异
当然咔嚓最大的好处就是不发情，不留种。只不过vet们不promote这个理由，反而拿一
些健康的factor来说事儿
转个neutered/spayed risk看一下

very aggressive one in kaka's case that has spread out to multiple organs (
lung, liver, lymph) within a short period like a month or two. Clinically he
looks so well and happy but on paper it is really bad...probably weeks left
. Chemo has not been effective treating carcinoma this type of tumor ~10%
response rate extending like three months; surgery or radiation therapy is

Cell line: SW780 (human urothelial carcinoma).
I bought this cell line twice from ATCC, but I could not detect beta-actin
at all. The expression of beta-actin as shown by Western blot in this cell
line was reported in the literature.
I could detect GAPDH in this cell line.
I could use the same beta-actin antibody (Sigma) to detect beta-actin in
other human cell lines (urothelial and non-urothelial carcinoma) using the
same antibody (Sigma).

发帖数: 4079 | 44 肿瘤的分类, 以往都是按组织学分类的, 比如 lung adenocarcinoma, small cell
carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma都是肺癌的subtype. 在肺癌里, 我还没听说过
有subtype上混合的, 但确实有undifferentiated lung cancer, 细胞分化程度低, 不
好分类.
如果从molecular subtype上分类, 比如有些肺癌病人有kras mutation, 有些有EGFR
mutation, 等等, 如果你要问会不会互相转变, 这个很难证明, 因为肿瘤切下来的时候
是啥样的就啥样, 但不同基因的变化是积累性的. 通常的假设是至少两个genetic
change. 所以有可能肿瘤早期只有一个mutation, 后来mutation多起来了.
另外, 很多实体瘤都是clonal tumor, 就是说一个肿瘤大都是由一个癌细胞分裂生长而
来的. 所以, 同一个病人身上的某个肿瘤里面的已有的genetic change不会变回正常的
