发帖数: 44 | 8 今天得知了step3的成绩，210+，心里的石头终于落下。终于轮到我给USMLE说再见了。
回顾从step1自己闭门造车考了只带一个9的分数， step2开始参加小组学习，做了所有
能做的题只为拿个99，虽胸有成竹且考试感觉很好，最终但又得到一个9的分数。虽然
这次成绩不高，依然很高兴，毕竟不用发愁如果没过的话住院医开始后没有时间复习该
咋办。过去的3年中得到太多人的帮助 (此处略去人名20个)，绝大多数甚至从未谋面。
今天发贴也是为了回报我们这个社区吧。
自我介绍：毕业>15年，220+/220+/1st/210+；
复习时间：6月，头4个月每天约2-3小时，周末由于陪孩子们玩（前两年欠的太多，你
懂得）及做点家务（再不做但心被老婆炒掉），反而复习不了多少；最后2个月每天4小
时，鼓励自己考了这个2年内再不用受这个罪。
复习资料：随大流，MTB 3, UW CCS, UW step3 Qbank, UW step2 Qbank;
模拟：考前2月，NBME 1 190+, 考前1周，NBME 2 220+;

can look at the CT film to see whether that tumor is accessible by biopsy
needle. If they can do it, they will obtain tissue for pathology diagnosis,
then decide the next treatment plan.
For primary liver carcinoma (Hepatocelluar carcinoma), there are several
other options,? resectable? chemoembolization (but according to the size you
mentioned, it might be too big)? liver transplantation?

我妈起初是因为腹痛去的医院，后经检查大夫说是子宫肌瘤，所以做了手术，将子宫切
除了，在手术过程中发现阑尾也有病变，就一并切除了阑尾。但是将细胞拿来做病理切
片的时候，医生说已经发现了癌细胞。而具体是因为阑尾导致的，还是子宫肌瘤导致的
，还是卵巢导致没有分析出来。因为癌细胞扩散了！我想让你帮我的就是美国那边专业
治疗子宫癌症或者治疗癌症的医院能否解决。这个癌症被军医看后说是叫：粘液癌症（

而我的这个CT结果说是hetergeneous而且有钙化，我感觉更像carcinoma

I really don't know about the doxorubicin business. Theoretically, it should
be 102 mg in one day. Why 140mg in two days? I am not sure.
We recommend limiting lifetime cumulative dose to <550 mg/m2 to reduce risk
of cardiotoxicity. Your mother's dose is 140mgx4=560mg, while 550mg/m2x1.7
m2=935mg. 560mg is less than 935mg. She should still be fine.

完第7期化疗，我妈妈身体好又用了好的保护的药，反应不太大。现在化疗快做完了，
大夫说化疗完需要做放疗，但我妈妈对放疗很抵触认为伤害太大不需要，现在还没同意

发帖数: 4637 | 35 Biopsy也不保证能取到正确部位。一些病例里组织纤维化严重，即使在ultrasound 指
导下多次取样也会失之毫厘错过癌细胞而无法确诊。
只能是在死后autopsy才能确定死因。
还有些情况下是无法做biopsy的，因为有可能会造成转移。风险太大。
癌症是非常复杂和令人绝望的疾病。
另一个极端就是一些low grade的 "cancer"/neoplasia, 不知道，也一辈子没事儿。结

with deep neural networks）。他们通过深度学习的方法，用近13万张痣、皮疹和其
他皮肤病变的图像训练机器识别其中的皮肤癌症状，在与21位皮肤科医生的诊断结果进
行对比后，他们发现这个深度神经网络的诊断准确率与人类医生不相上下，在91%以上。

5.4万，租金还很便宜，干两年就可以在当地买house了。这里的千老能拿到5.4万的不
多吧，就算能拿到5.4万的，当地租金肯定不便宜。
其实前途要比千老好很多，千老应该都很勤快，很容易得到promotion。
加班对千老是司空见惯的，可这里加班都有高额报酬，对千老绝对是意外的惊喜，如果
像千老那样加班，远远不止5.4万。 |
