我叫陈熹，是张辰宇的学生。昨天有朋友告诉我，说你老板火了，在MITBBS被人“打脸
”了，让我去看一下。我心想，又是NBT这事，挺无语的，不过去看看国外的中国留学
生怎么看这个事情也好。看完我就郁闷了，我们课题组的文章怎么就是“垃圾”了，张

cases /year in US. this medication is for patients whose disease can not be

liver cancer and whether is hepatic primary or metastatic would be helpful,
assume he had hepatocellular carcinoma from hep C, and maybe he had upper gi
bleed from either esophageal or gastric varices from portal hypertension
from cirrhosis from hep C, the outlook is not very good,
if it's metastatic disease with solitary hepatic mets sometimes they could
consider chemo embolization, |

transplant is concerned, and if there is metastatic disease, often
transplant will not be considered,
not sure what you meant by tumor cells in blood vessels, not an expert on it
or anything else, but does the patient have cirrhosis and ascites? seems
most of hepatocellular carcinoma from either hep b or c is from chronic,
patient with cirrhosis will have congestion through diseased liver thus

say if AFP is high the lesion should be more than 1cm, if there is any

查了一下文献,目前认为C255能增强化疗对肿瘤组织的抑制,但没有减轻症状和提高长期
存活时间的数据。如果其他药物不成问题的话,能否考虑不用C255（至少揪住医生问其
具体效用是什么，有多大可能）。
C255的北美生产厂家是这么说的:
"The effectiveness of Erbitux in combination with irinotecan is
based on objective response rates. Currently, no data are available that
demonstrate an improvement in disease-related symptoms or increased survival
with Erbitux in combination with irinotecan for the treatment of EGFR-
expressing,metastatic colorectal carcinoma."

why we need to carefully stage each patient and offer the treatment
appropriate to that stage. Both over and under treatments are bad.
BTW, your doctor probably mentioned already, you should stay away from
smoking, alcohol abuse, and hot tea/water (something culturally unique to
Chinese). |

not a single one mentioned one of the most important pieces of information:
its histological type.
aggressive but rarely metastasize until very late. It can be quite
accurately diagnosed by mammogram. Therefore the surgery should not proceed
to extensive lymph node purge unless cryosection histology says otherwise.

太大 （>5cm），被迫放弃手术，改为保守治疗。
目前想要了解的三点：
1.确认是否还有手术的可能性，包括国外
2.寻找放化疗以及中医的治疗方案
3.寻求是否有气管移植方案
不知道有没有了解这个病及治疗手段的筒子，能否给点相关参考信息。谢谢！ |

是invasive ductal carcinoma, diagnosed by core biopsy, confirmed by
mammograph and MRI.Genetic test showed no BRCA1/2 mutation.
由于感觉肿块长大了，伴有钝痛，今天又见了医生，想提前手术。但医生觉得没有明显
变大，手术排满了，不能reschedule. 真得很着急，希望术前这两周时间千万别转移，
扩散。

Sorafenib
Bevacizumab
Sunitinib
Erlotinib
They differ from conventional chemotherapy drugs as their side effect are
more benign. Since they are relatively new, clinical data are not robust
and they on average prolong life by months. They are very expensive, and
all of them need prescription.

show abnormal results for the first time:
"High grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HGSIL) encompassing moderate
dysplasia, severe dysplasia and carcinoma in-situ"
According to the doctor, it's a sign of severe pre-cancer condition and she
asked me to schedule a colposcopically directed biopsy ASAP. It is also
very likely that a LEEP procedure need to follow after the biopsy.

special skills in surgical oncology.
you can also directly call the the urology departments of the major cancer
centers (MSK, MD Anderson etc) . they will ask you to send your medical
summary and images in for review. if surgeons there determine they may be
able to offer you a better solution, then they will ask you to come over. |
