自从看了这个新闻后就非常难过。我们这这个星期四发生了一场车祸。一个当地的女孩
teenager把一个中国人一家撞了。祖父当场死亡，妈妈7个小时后也死了，一岁的小
baby重伤。警察也联系不到这家人的家人。更让人难过的是那个teenager说是她没有超
速，没有打电话和发短信。所以她最多只会判150天in jail. 而且这家人已经找了律师

我们妞要上托，要带饭（托的饭忒不健康了），
所以咧，我最近在潜心研究给她做什么吃的。
学习之后知道了，还真不能乱吃，
每天营养要均衡：

12－24个月的娃，
Grain， Fruit， Veggie，Protein， Milk每天的摄取应该是：
3， 1， 1， 2， 2 （serving size）。
具体一个serving size就是：
Grain：一片面包 or 半杯米饭 or 一杯cereal
Fruit：一个苹果 or 一个香蕉 or 一杯水果
Veggie：一杯蔬菜
Protein： 一个蛋 or 1oz肉 or 1tbsp 花生酱
Milk: 一杯奶 or 酸奶

当然娃跟娃不同，这就是个大概的概念，我家妞是远远吃不到这个量的，所以具体咱们当娘的自己调整。

最近课题十分不顺利，博士不知道什么时候能毕业。老板对学生很不负责任，基本任由

般是用BUTTERNUT SQUASH代替. 而且我一般用炒锅将裹了面粉的牛肉炸一下后就跟其他
蔬菜一起扔到慢烧锅里去用慢档炖个七八个小时,我买了个1.5QT的慢烧锅,专门给宝宝
做肉类食品,用来熬稀饭也很棒.

鸡胸肉切成很小的小丁洗净，放在小锅的开水里煮五分钟。拿出晾凉。然后加水在搅拌
机里打成糊糊。放专门的冻副食的盒子里在冰箱冷冻室里冰冻。第二天取出冰肉块装拉
边袋保存在冷冻室。
我还做了蔬菜的副食，也是同样的步骤。但家里人就是认为是鸡肉产生的有害物。

Also, I read on the internet that it's better to buy jar food for some
particular fruits/vegetable (maybe carrots? - let's assume it carrots).
Ordinary carrots can contain high levels of a bad element (my memory is so
poor that I'm glad I don't need to pass any test in the near future), while
infant jar food are carefully monitored, so this bad element will be at a
low level. |
