大学体育本来就是本科生的校园活动,校友和本地居民的精神生活.
CATECH做大体育项目都不够场地费的,而且设备和教练这些软硬件也需要大量投入.才能
保障队员的训练质量和比赛质量,这些都跟不上的体育招生就是误人子弟了.所以干脆,
这类学校的体育宗旨就是让在校普通学生重在参与,锻炼身体.
那些职业体育苗子和奥林匹克选手还是得去那些软硬件兼顾,养得起专业教练的大学校
才能
很好发挥体育人才和体育商业的优势. |

译成信经Creed,而应该是信条Confessions或者准信经。

使用"改革宗"(Reformed)一词,乃是为了使加尔文派传统(Calvinistic)与信义宗(Luthe
ran)及重洗派(Anabaptist)传统有所区别。改革宗传统的开山鼻祖是苏黎世第一个改教
者慈运理(Ulrich Zwingli, 1484-1531)和日内瓦的约翰·加尔文(John Calvin, 1509-
64),其中加尔文更是在其圣经注释,小册丛书,特别是在《基督教要义》(Institutes of
Christian Religion)一书中,发展出一整套新教神学(Protestant Theology)。从宗教
改革时期直到如今都有许多人和团体随从加尔文的教训,但他们并不是完全循着相同的思

搞萃取的。所以华理整天去研究什么狗屁拉西环。那哥们本来挺牛的。但是不知道急流
勇退。
都7老80了，还要坚持带博士。
结果华理化工系博士论文造假是有历史了。苏源复的博士，做柠檬酸论文造假。里面全
是假数据。
简单说，苏源复在文革前不是什么大牌教授。真实的科研水平有限。苏源复本人也不是
博士。根本就没有科研的能力。过去就是编化工词典的一个科技外语教授。
文革后带博士，自己都不知道该怎么带，也没有去跟博士一起蹲bench。你见过美国大
牌教授说不知道学生干什么的吗？美国的大牌教授，每天晚上6点必定是准时去实验室
跟学生谈一谈今天做了什么的。不然你带个屁学生啊，搞个屁科研啊。
结果他的博士为了毕业，论文造假。里面数据没一个是真的。最后就是国家巨额投资打
了水漂。一篇论文要用工业化的投资来证明是假的，也的确是只有院士学生可以享受的。
这个是历史。
结果在纪念苏源复90周年的时候，全华理都失声。胡英作为一个本科生院士，就是没有
像北大唐院士，40年代美国Catech，诺贝尔奖鲍林博士学生的那种敢于说话的勇气。结

华人读这种大学和读北大函授效果差不多，美国大学一般都是不同阶层背景学生拉帮结
派各自发展，基础知识学习通常是次要位置。美国大学本科吸引力主要是文科学院生源
质量和驻校精英会质量。和中国人学而优则仕不同，因为大部分优秀学生本科毕业后会
转专业继续读商法医职业学院，而不是一直攻读原先的文科和工程类专业研究生院。
笼统说：
YALE PRINCETON 略高一些。
哈佛，斯坦佛，哥伦比亚稍差一些，MIT和CATECH偏理工，外国人在美国大学里纯学文
理知识一般都不好使，绝大多数缺乏人际而发展不起来。
UCB和UPENN属于三流本科，不值多提。 |

有没有人系统研究过从竞争激烈程度来说，哪个更难？
我先抛砖引玉一下。
藤校一年录取大概1万3，加上其他STANFORD,MIT,CATECH等类似藤校，一年差不多招收2
万人吧。C9一年录取估计也差不多2万多3万样子。
中国一年有900万高考考生，美国只有大概300万。
但有些两边给有利弊的因素要考虑：
1. 中国高考要比SAT难，所以我的理解是美国有些学习不怎么样（包括亚裔）的也能靠
其他所谓才艺混入藤校。
2.中国人平均智商高于美国人。所以中国的POOL要好于美国。
3.美国有些优秀高中生因为家庭经济或者个人兴趣等原因主动放弃藤校录取，而中国这

华人读这种大学和读北大函授效果差不多，美国大学一般都是不同阶层背景学生拉帮结
派各自发展，基础知识学习通常是次要位置。美国大学本科吸引力主要是文科学院生源
质量和驻校精英会质量。和中国人读书观念不同，因为大部分优秀学生本科毕业后会去
读商法医职业学院，而不是继续攻读文科和工程类专业研究生院。
笼统说：
YALE PRINCETON 略高一些。
哈佛，斯坦佛，哥伦比亚稍差一些，MIT和CATECH偏理工，外国人在美国大学里纯学文
理知识一般都不好使，绝大多数缺乏人际而发展不起来。
UCB和UPENN属于三流本科，不值多提。 |
