前几天我在ebay上销售2份ADOBE PHOTOSHOP CS6 软件，价值350美元。该软件我是从
别处合法购买，由于不再需要，就挂在ebay上出售。
今天突然收到一份来自ADOBE代理律师的email警告信，要求我终止销售，还要在10天内
上缴1200美元罚款，否则就采取进一步法律行动。
现在的问题是我合法购买的软件在ebay上销售，觉得没有什么问题。我不知道是否应该
缴纳该罚款。如果不理它，我担心他们会给我的家里地址发正式的律师信。

厌的是，我一直因为忙，不想麻烦，所以没到小额法庭起诉landlord，导致现在。我的
信用记录能通过和信用记录公司交涉改掉吗？还是现在我必须上小额法庭告前landlord

昨天下午回家又有新故事。
我比平时早很多回家，还没进门，赫然看到厨房的百叶窗被高高地拉起来，整个房间一
目了然
（厨房的窗子正对着frong porch，所以平时我一直把窗帘放下来，外面不至于把室内
看得一清二楚）。窗台
下的花盆也被移动过。可以肯定的是，物业肯定进来过。之前完全没有任何形式的通知
，事后也没有
留下任何告示。相反，似乎生怕我不知道他们来过，还留下了这么明显的痕迹，让人感
觉非常不好。
去看Texas tenant advisor.org，说德州在这方面的立法很弱，全美有38个州都规定房
东入内前必须要提前给书面通知，而德州没有这样的法律。查了lease，居然说房东或
物业不需要事先通知住户，就可以随时以种种理由进来（比如照相纪录单元的状况，带
未来的买家或者租客参观。这家物业是不是TAA的成员，估计TAA lease里关于物业进入

California, seems a person can not use gun for protecting property. The CA
handgun safety certificate brochure does mention that the right of deadly
force end if there is no further life-threatening from assailant:
