chrome。
系统崩溃的那次，好像是因为305和底座的接触有虚点所导致的。
trainig centre loud不了数据有时候重新启动一下training centre好像可以解决。
不知道重新装一下driver或者重新刷一下firmware会不会有帮助。 |

自从我2010年秋天的首半马1:29:21后就盘算着1:23去qualify纽马，结果人算不如天算
，还没等我123，人家NYRR就把游戏规则改了，40岁以下要119才能qualify了，123得40
+的masters才行了。这下我40岁前跑纽约的美梦就无情地破灭了。不过还好，人老得快
，再过两年半我也40了！
去年秋天芝麻后又跑了次Angus Glen半马，结果再次outperform，预计跑126的，结果
跑了个1:24:57。过完圣诞节后开始严格执行FIRST“第一”计划，这次真是第一次严格
执行下来的。飞姐还观察到了，我好像还加了mileage，的确在过去一个月里，我还开
始在周日家个easy run 10-12K，有时候周三周五可能也加个5-6K。主要是游泳池比gym

牙语意大利语都是从通俗拉丁语演变而来，在词法、句法上雷同度很高。也就是说一个
西班牙人 一个葡萄牙人 一个意大利人在一起各自用自己母语聊天，80%他们的交流没
有问题，基本能猜出来是什么意思。除了法语，这个属于变异化的拉丁语。
由于英语媒体的强势，外加国内不少球迷对拉丁语系缺乏太多了解，所以对很多球

签个M-entry的方便旅行吧。看到时而不时有人问加拿大签证的问题，分享一下。
1.地方很好找，600 Renaissance Centre，只是downtown单行太多，路不太熟的话，可
能要小绕一下，无伤大雅。detroit 8am左右traffic一般，不太严重
2.到了building之后，去前台checkin一下，领一个临时的胸卡，然后等8:30.其实这个
胸卡基本没用，除了让电梯门口的警卫看一眼以外。
3.detroit领馆不收cash和personal check，不过within 1 block就有CVS办cashier
check（or money order？警卫解释给别人挺，没听真切）
4.签证是当天取。cashier收完材料后会给你的条子，告诉你下午2:30凭条来领。
5.关于签证有效期。版上陆续有报告在各个不同的office拿到长效签证了。有的到
immigration doc的有效期，有的到护照的有效期。我现在护照还有大约6年，current

上周趁着自己有假，带着LD进行了为期7天的自驾游，准确的说只玩了6天，最后一天全
部花在了回家的路上。现在就趁热简单记录一下这7天的游玩经历。
首先说一下签证地点，这是很多人都关心的问题。距离克利夫兰有两个签证地点，一个
在底特律，一个在Buffalo，车程都是3个小时。但是，因为对外开放时间都是早8:30到
11:00，所以只能选择一早出发，或者在当地留宿一宿，次日再去签证。我最终选择了
去底特律签证，原因有三：一是因为我没有去过底特律，毕竟汽车城的名声远播，想顺
路去看一看；二是因为Buffalo虽然有Niagara Falls，但是绝大部分的景色要从加拿大
那边才能欣赏到，所以既然已经决定去加拿大，就没有必要再在Buffalo耽误时间了，
另外，在Buffalo签证过关的人比较多，相比之下底特律的办事效率会快一些；第三，

Pilot的全名叫Pilot Travel Centre，成立于2001年，总部就在田纳西州的Knoxville
，虽然时间很短，但是通过兼并购买扩张的非常快，到目前为止在全美有274个分店，
是美国最大的柴油供应点，所以卡车司机光顾的非常多。
每个Pilot Travel Centre都提供WIFI（需要付费），快餐店有Arby's, Chester's
Chicken, Dairy Queen, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Subway, Taco Bell, T.J.
Cinnamons, 和Wendy's, 但是没有麦当劳。
Travel Centre的店里边几乎就是个小百货店了，所有卡车，司机常用的东西都可以找
到，从电池，电缆，灯，螺丝帽子，...... 稍微大一些的分店还提供洗澡（自己洗，
没有小姐）。
前边是小车加油的地方，后边有专门的卡车加油，洗车和认证的称重量的CAT称。 |

，还没等我123，人家NYRR就把游戏规则改了，40岁以下要119才能qualify了，123得40
+的masters才行了。这下我40岁前跑纽约的美梦就无情地破灭了。不过还好，人老得快
，再过两年半我也40了！
去年秋天芝麻后又跑了次Angus Glen半马，结果再次outperform，预计跑126的，结果
跑了个1:24:57。过完圣诞节后开始严格执行FIRST“第一”计划，这次真是第一次严格
执行下来的。飞姐还观察到了，我好像还加了mileage，的确在过去一个月里，我还开
始在周日家个easy run 10-12K，有时候周三周五可能也加个5-6K。主要是游泳池比gym
晚开半小时，为了充分利用早上这珍贵的时间，我就gym一开门就开跑，跑到游泳池开
放了，再下去接着游泳。于是在过去两月里，MPW曾经两次超过60公里每周。除了刚开
始头两周因为第24次献血后造成缺血供氧能力降低而无法完成训练计划外，后来都能够
