Judge follows suit. The arrests were conducted last October. Multiple people

hour for the arduous task of making sandwiches. Now they’re all fired.

学生在五月五日节穿着印有美国国旗的T恤衫的行为,并没有侵犯他们的公民权。
“Cinco de Mayo”是西班牙文“五月五日”的意思,这是美裔墨西哥人的重要节日,
庆祝在一百多年前墨西哥以寡击众击退法国的入侵(1862年,将近150年前)。
根据上诉法院,学校的这种做法,是为了保护学生们在种族紧张的气氛下的安全。
CNN报导,美国联邦第九巡回上诉法院的法官们在他们的案件结词中说: “虽然种族的
