dressing是关键，我以前喜欢麦当劳的asian salad和california pizza kitchen的
thai salad.今天无意中发现了Marzetti的新款dressing叫Thai Peanut，口味很相似。
做法超级简单，15分钟搞定。
skinless鸡胸盐、油和black pepper腌一下，放入不沾锅煎至焦黄，凉凉后切块，
面包片烤得焦黄一些，切小块。
青色和紫色的lettuce切条
sliced almond
西红柿切细片
以上所有用dressing拌一下就可以开吃了。另外可以再加些煮好的毛豆，橘子半，口味
更佳。
另外大家有做chicken salad的dressing可以推荐的吗？有没有尝过Kraft的light zesty Italian和free thousand island? |

加剂做出来的。
孩子在这个年纪特别喜欢finger food，就是用手抓着吃的东西，很多小孩都爱吃
chicken nuggets，我家就自己做，简单又好吃。
原料：无骨鸡大腿肉chicken thigh fillet 两块，盐少许，面包糠一碟，一个鸡蛋打
成蛋液，面粉一点
做法：
鸡腿肉切成合适的大小，然后洒一点盐season一下，拌匀后洒一层面粉，均匀的裹上薄
薄的一层就行了，然后在蛋液里滚一下，在面包糠里滚一下。
平底锅中火，倒少量的油，把裹好面包糠的鸡块放锅里煎。3分钟左右就可以煎成金黄
，然后翻一面。
光靠煎是不容易煎熟的，最后我把煎黄的鸡块放烤箱里，350华氏度烤了15分钟。就可
以吃了。
这一盘菓同学和我两个人吃完了，配了个菠菜蛋汤。
先上菠菜，娃吃菜吃的差不多的时候再把鸡块端上来。 |

条妈非常喜爱的墨西哥美食：enchilada。
enchilada最初是墨西哥的一种街边小吃，是用玉米面饼（corn tortilla）沾着辣椒酱
（chili sauce）直接食用的。在西班牙语里面，“enchilada”是“enchilar”的过去
分词，而enchilar的字面意思，就是“用辣椒调味”，真是非常贴切简朴的名字~
不过今天我们在墨西哥餐厅里面能享用到的enchilada，跟最初的街边小食相比，有了
很大的变化。一般都是裹了各种肉类，豆子或者海鲜的面饼，撒上酱汁和奶酪烤焙而成
的。制作工序复杂了很多，味道自然也大大提升了！因为酱料选取的不同，enchilada
又可以有十几个不同的名称，最常见的当然是用各种辣椒（chili）制成的酱汁做成的
。不过薯条妈今天要介绍的这款，是用番茄作为主角，辣椒作为配角来制作酱料的。酸
