好友周末在一家中餐馆打工挣外快。这家中餐馆我们学校的学生常去，老板准备了两套
菜单，一个是英文的给老美，一套是中文的给俺们这些老中用的。一日，一金发靓女和
一帅哥一起来吃饭，美女落座后，翻着英文菜单不知道吃啥，后来问我老友，有没有"
chicken fingers"? 我老友一听，浑身鸡冻，看不出这金发碧眼的老美居然这么懂行，
立马说，有！有！有！还是black bean source风味的,美女说，行，就它了。中间无话

myself. My diet is not the cleanest but pretty simple, and it's been working
pretty well for me:

发帖数: 977 | 5 虽然质疑一个major winner太自不量力，但是我还是觉得miller说的有问题。release
是正确swing的结果，不是原因。他提到的造成slice的swing, after impact 必然会出
现 chickenwing.只要保证不chicken wing就会自然导致release.当然你也可以说反腕
就能eliminate chicken wing.我还是认为有意识的翻腕无法控制，不如有意识的避免
chicken wing让翻腕自然发生。
如果能做到1swing inside out. 2. No chicken wing就不会slice |

做菜其实很简单，除非你是大厨，能做出fancy花样，平时那点家常菜，真的只要比白
痴强点就能变出不少花样来，今天来讲白切鸡及其变种。
很多凉拌鸡，其实都跟白切鸡做法很相似，无非是把鸡煮熟然后拌点调料而已，花花草
草都在调料上，木有啥好稀罕滴，咱自己做，可以控制口味控制热量，岂不是比在外面
吃要强100倍？这就是为啥我不稀罕在纽约吃中国菜，太木有神秘感了，更不要说惊艳
。。。
要把鸡肉煮得嫩，关键是火候。初学者，建议用鸡腿而不是鸡胸，鸡腿红肉多，不容易
煮老。等你胆子练壮了，不再老担心煮不熟了，再换鸡胸也不迟。
白煮鸡腿(drumstick)，第一步是把鸡腿去皮，那上面油太多了，根据caloriecount上
的数据，一只没有皮的鸡腿只有78卡，有皮的腿就是116卡了。水烧开，把鸡腿扔进去
，煮10分钟左右(依个人心理承受能力而定，鸡腿多煮煮问题也不大），用刀割到鸡腿
深处，流出的汁水清亮无血迹即可，捞出来浸冷水迅速冷却，捞出。煮鸡腿的水，把上
面的浮油撇掉，凉透以后，可以把鸡腿再放回去，放在冰箱里，能储存3天左右，吃的
时候用干净的筷子捞出来即可。

材至少回到以前，体脂比控制在17%以下，腰围63以下，目视可见两条腹肌。现第一阶
段目标腰围65cm或以下，肌肉增长1-2磅，三个月内完成就好。
本人身高168，现体重110 lbs, 对自己身材的要求是有点骨感加肌肉感，进一步提高精
神和能量。我的方法是降低主食分量，增加牛奶摄入和运动，晚餐时间尽量提前。

整一个月了， 基本没运动， 主要是减了米面点心， 没饿着。今早最轻时称１４４LB
， 比一个月前少了６磅。自觉还可。继续努力。

去年我在时尚版问衣服，就有人看我太胖，喊我来这里。我下不了决心啊。但公主和紫
MM都是我喜欢的，所以最近常来看看这里。
现在怎么下决心了？一个是想健康，不得不改改饮食习惯。我发现，越吃糖和淀粉，越
容易很快就饿，还饿得发慌发虚。不吃那些，反不那么容易饿。我怕我这么吃下去，很
快就糖尿病了（没准已经得了）,心脏病也不远了。
二是外型。 我一直觉得胖点无所谓，反正LG不说嫌。但到了这个岁数，真是逆水行舟
，我想维持现状都不行，比起４年前，长了３０磅。怀孕都没出妊娠纹，现在倒有了。
收腰的连衣裙，常常大号的都穿不进去。
契机是刚订了８月底度假的票，想想会拍照，还会见多年不见的朋友，就决心减了。其
实也就是想现在开始减，也许近三个月能看出点效果。不然，我去年回国，见得人更多
，怎么也没为了面子去减。
主要数据是：年龄４０＋，身高１米６３，体重１５０－１５５磅，骨架大，肩宽腿粗

8个月第一次重新开是跑步，身高5'10"， 体重170，目标145，时间3个月。
edit：差了心率表，偶近八个月没跑步了不是4个月，看了理想身材，从新把目标设在

热量消耗：620cal。忙活一个小时，大概也就是2罐可乐的热量。
速度低，且心跳偏高了，刚开始，下次估计还不如这个，慢慢地才会好起来。
下午吃了3.5磅黄樱桃当晚饭，加2个小面包，4个小时之后去跑步的。

普通美国食品超市里卖的3到5美金一磅的猪肉基本上生长激素，多巴胺类的激素（瘦肉
精），抗生素，抗真菌药，重金属（主要是镉汞铅）含量都非常高，根本无法在中国作
为食品出售。正是因为使用大量的激素，所以美国猪肉才这么便宜。中国卖的猪肉的养
殖方式，大概跟美国卖的35美金一磅的猪肉类似。中国猪肉大概不超过人民币20圆，美
国猪 肉（同档次）在20－35美金左右。
目前整体蓄业药物用量美国全年的用量是中国的10万倍，不排除中国的较大的规模饲养

大，另一猫尿尿时最后几滴常常狠压尾巴挤尿。看版上推荐，换了wellness core，两

请问，尿尿问题是Royal Canin造成的吗？看成分碳水比重挺高，怎么售价差不多跟

大致的意思是chicken meal是rendered meat，可以legally的用4D鸡为原料(Diseased,
Dying, Dead, and Disabled)，可以用餐馆，肉类加工包装站etc来源的waste
products （忍不住想到泔水了，eee），感觉和by-products一样可疑啊，都是没有明
确来源没有quality control。
话说Wellness Core的罐头里就有chicken meal啊。。。 |
