product meal, corn gluten meal, brewers rice, soybean meal。
Kirkland是costco自己的厂牌，所以kirkland pet food 也是costco自己出的。成分前
五位是Chicken, chicken meal, whole grain brown rice, ground white rice,
chicken fat (preserved with mixed tocopherols)
那到底那些牌子比较好呀？在版上经常看到的是wellness, core 什么的，那是全称吗？

看起来chicken 是第一位，一定有很多鸡肉对吧，不过把第二，第三，第四成分加起来
知道
这个狗粮的主要成分是大米，而不是鸡肉。

材料：Bacon, cambell's creamy chicken sauce. chicken breast, green beans, egg noodle (american type, 2 inch long and 1-2mm thick).
先把chicken breast & bacon 烤好， 冷却后剁碎 bacon，cut already roasted chicken breast into cube/slice 备用。
green bean 切成四分之三英寸长， 用水煮熟透， 颜色变暗。 egg noodle开水煮２０分钟，捞出用冷水冲洗。煮green bean 的锅里面要剩点水。 下面开中火放egg noodle和 cambell's creamy chicken sauce， 搅拌均匀， 加热均匀。好了后盛到盘子里， 撒上bacon。 |

OO语言大行其道，完全是因为更贴近人类理解的现实世界。
没有语言是完美的，但你的例子举来举去，还停留在一个方法的水平上。FP最大的弱点
之一：

这意味着加新数据类型的时候，要在所有相关的function里面加东西。而OO则可以加一
个新类，而不改变原来的代码。毫无疑问，以对象组织代码
，要比以函数组织代码，更贴近人类的思维模式。所以FP永远都不会成为主流语言。OO
语言加一点FP的Feature，才是趋势。

1. Have I not make myself clear? I buy every kind of meat organic whenever
and wherever possible! NOT just chicken. This is for home kitchen.
2. you obviously have decided to dwell on the restaurant experiences, which
puzzles me. The majority food we intake on a daily base is home cooked, NOT

很郁闷，这个risotto照的有些虚，颜色也不好，可是那个salad就要好些，不知道为什
么，都是在同样的时间，地点，光线下照的阿，我照相就是撞大运，不一定哪张就照的
好，哪张就照的差，你们说怎么改进呢，相机暂时也不可能买好的了？照的差的再怎么
处理，也不会很好看，就像是脸上起了痘痘，再用concealer也不会看着那么好看一样
，说的远了，进入正题：
1.Shrimp & Asparagus Risotto
材料:
基本上就是按他网站的方子减半，除了虾和芦笋可以按自己喜欢多加。米就是用的中国
店买的大米，没有用他要求的米，书上说可以用long grain代替的，烹制的时间一样。
做法：
1.chicken broth 烧开，转小火
2.锅中火加橄榄油，加洋葱碎炒香，约3分钟
3.加大米炒1分钟, 加1cup chicken broth, 最好分几次加，每次都等米完全吸收后再
加，炒。
4.把虾和芦笋放到剩下的chicken broth煮熟，捞出，然后继续把剩下的chicken broth
分几次加到大米里，炒。

还是有反应。就算推后也一样。也没有谁能证明推后了反应会小。总之她去DAY CARE，
就需要有这个保护。万一真正得了那些病手尾更长。
在打完的第5天开始，胖妞开始在屁屁出散在的，像ACNE一样的小包包，一开始只有1，
2粒，以为是尿布捂着了，没留意。第二天在躯干出现比较多的分散的小包包。一开始
不知道是CHICKEN POX，告诉老师就是有点RASH。后来老师打电话来说她们换尿布的时
候看了，应该是CHICKEN POX，是反应性的，没有传染性，继续留在幼儿园。后来小包
包开始在尖尖冒出水泡，背部的还破了，但是胖妞并不觉得痒，也没有别的异样。
2天后，开始发热，第一晚，超过37度8，给了泰诺。第二晚，37度5，不用吃药了。同
时CHICKEN POX开始好转。破了包包有结痂的趋势。
4天后，以为应该过了，2天内没有再发烧，CHICKEN POX也纷纷结痂。突然在第5天下午

候看了，应该是CHICKEN POX，是反应性的，没有传染性，继续留在幼儿园。后来小包

时CHICKEN POX开始好转。破了包包有结痂的趋势。
4天后，以为应该过了，2天内没有再发烧，CHICKEN POX也纷纷结痂。突然在第5天下午

4。pasta的thin spaghetti做可做炒面，把各式菜炒好后把烧好的面放进去，放料混炒。
5。个人很喜欢chunky的clam chowder或者chicken corn chowder，可以煮点small shell的pasta放进去

on 03/31 or 04/01. It might be easier for the baby chicken to get through
when it gets warmer.

I am actually a bit afraid of chicken when I was little – I afraid them
would bite me. I like duck a lot better. My interest in raising chicken is
totally driven by the desire of fresh eggs. I ate backyard chicken's eggs
once about two years ago, and it's much better than any of the organic eggs
that you can buy from store. Since then, I always hope one day I can get my

，我们今天点了印度面包（roti canal ),椰香奶油大虾（coconut butter jumbo
shrimp），海南鸡（hainanese chicken), 泰式绿咖喱鸡（thai greencurry chicken
），咖喱牛捞面（beef curry lo mee), 点评一下：
印度面包（roti canal )：灰常好吃以至于我们又加点一份
椰香奶油大虾（coconut butter jumbo shrimp）：味道不错，但没有啥特别的地方，
虾也没那么jumbo，数量上也没那么多，$19.95一份有点贵
海南鸡（hainanese chicken): 我点的是蒸的鸡，味道不错，但跟我以前吃的味道有点
不一样，以后还会点
泰式绿咖喱鸡（thai greencurry chicken）：偏甜，如果想吃偏辣一点的咖喱鸡就点
她家的Kari Ayam,我们喜欢的印度面包配的沾料就是kari ayam，很好吃！
