组的那位缅甸住院(上次我发的帖中提到的那位）。 今天attending大大的恭喜了他一
下，还赞扬他应该是chief中的number one. attending还和我们分享了他们是怎么选出
chief的。首先看in-service exam的成绩，chief一定要考得好，其次所有的medical
staff推选出个性好，临床能力强的9位候选人，然后全院所有的attending集中，讨论
那9位候选人，密名投票选3位。 attending说其实很多候选人都非常优秀，很calm，但
就是太soft, 作chief一定不能soft, 一定要强硬。
从昨天到今天，大家都一直在祝贺新当选的chief。 chief们也个个兴高采烈，意气奋
发。

机票：从纽约州飞Jackson hole。2月份用里程订票时候有两种选择，经济舱 + 1 stop,
或者头等舱 + 2 stops, 都需要50000点UA里程，选了后者。后来也有只需要25000点的经
