在一个 engineering and consultant 公司 ，而且title是 civil engineer，感觉不
太容易 往上靠 。单位有一些scientist的职位，不过那都是给作环境方面的。来单位
刚刚一年， 也做一点研究工作， 单位内部有个research committee，每年会资助2~3
个项目，比较幸运的是第一年来就中了一个，所以有些时间自己做点research.但我当
初的offer letter上跟research没太大关系。
想咨询一下大家，我这种情况走EB1B的可能性有多大。自己的直接上司比较好说话，还
主动问我什么时候办绿卡。
本人背景：

. It is completely normal.
But the civil surgeon insisted on putting me as Class B TB latent with the
following comments on my I693:
TB SKIN TEST WAS REACTIVE. CHEST X-RAY IS NORMAL. PREVENTATIVE TREATMENT IS
INDICATED FOR HER AGE. RECOMMENDED SHE GOES TO THE PUBLIC HEALTH OR HER OWN
PHYSICIAN FOR FOLLOW UP.
Does anyone have the same problem? I am very worried the comments will
affect the 485 approval. Any suggestions? |

怎么不算骗子，USCIS的规定上写的很清楚，有了normal X-Ray就可以了。他非要你在

less time?
by physical exam, do you refer to just the basic stuff (not any lab test) ?

年以上的不行。但去检查的时候给她小黄本，不知道她是没注意还是网开一面，告诉我
们可以不用再打MMR了。本来挺高兴的，但回来之后仔细查了一下，发现递上去的表要
填写注射日期，我们就怕Civil Surgeon认可了，USCIS不认可，到时候因为这个耽误了
申请就糟糕了。所以想请问一下，有类似情况的么？是不是还是再去主动要求挨一针来
的放心？
另外我告诉护士我们都出过水痘，不用打疫苗了，但她说这个疫苗本来就不是必须的。
和我们看到的资料也不同。有点儿怀疑这家水平到底如何了。 |
